Purchased a pergola in Dec delivered in time in Mar minus the 4 m shade we purchased told that would be delivered later after numerous contact attempts and being told someone would get back to me. No one has and I am still missing part of the order I purchased. It is a real shame as the product is good quality but the service has been appalling !

I got a 4.3 pergola with 3 blinds and I can't fault it. Very easy to put together only took 4 hours. Nice quick delivery and fantastic customer service. Thank you 👍👍👍👍

Did my research before buying, comparing other makes/models, checking on companies house etc and placed the order for a 3x3M Bliss Pergola with side blinds.

It was delivered by a man in a van who heaved it off by himself, some boxes weighing over 40KG.

It took about an hour to unbox and check everything was ok and then came the assembly.

The two end parts went together ok, was quite tricky to put the 2 cross beams on, we had three people holding it plus lassoo'd the end parts to a large unbrella to keep it stable. I'd say no way two non-trade people can assemble this without help. Ideally needs 4/5 people.

Roof went on ok, the side curtains were a little tricky, once you get the legs on it becomes top heavy and liable to twist and we sheered off one of the supports but it still went on ok. I used two bungee cords to hold it up and then put the legs on.

So some improvisation is required along with a some good Ikea building skills.

We saved the £700 though doing it ourselves and I even borrowed an SDS drill for the patio fixings saving some cost there.

So i'd recommend this, just get some beers and mates around to help support it as it goes up.

Excellent quality Pergola and Blinds, delivered quickly and in immaculate condition, customer service was good throughout.

Had a great experience from start to finish when buying 3m x 3m Pergola complete with 4 blinds. Mia on the sales team was so helpful and Steve who heads up the delivery team is excellent and so focused on customer service. Product very easy to assemble and looks very sturdy.

Terrible customer service.
We ordered and paid in full in March for a patio set that has still not arrived. When we chased the order we have received a range of excuses over the 12 weeks from out of stock, then lost in transit and out of stock again. They are now not responding to our emails. They have also deleted my negative reviews from their social media pages so people are not receiving the honest truth about this company. Awful experience.

Pergola was delivered within 5 days of ordering which is where the customer services ends. Lights are faulty. Failed to reply to first contact. Replied to the 2nd one and then a 3rd party fitter called 3 days later. A week later still waiting for new panel. Rasing a complaint now.

Very happy. Delivery was quick and well organised. Will buy from them again without hesitation.

Ordered on the Sunday, arrived on the Thursday; just in time for bank holiday weekend! Thank you very much! Tracking link didn’t take me to the delivery status and sent an email which was acknowledged and responded to within 24 hours.
Delivery was great, I didn’t get a time slot so had to make sure someone was in so just keep that in mind when ordering.
Really pleased with the set, very comfy and looks great on our new decking!

bought a peroga from casa maria，was expecting by the end of April but got email on 2nd May says it will be delivered within 10 working days， we was waiting but nothing happened so we try to chasing them but been given to a contact number of a gentleman called Steve who never answer your phone which i really think the customer service is terrible to leave customer to chasing for delivery. Ive been so sick of chasing so send an email and ask them to be delivered by this Friday if they cant do it just cancel my order ill go Costco to purchase another one and i been told my delivery will next Tuesday unbelievable I gave a week to.ask you to sort it if cant sort it just refund me. Now they told me they cant refund me because they shipped under their T/C， I will not recommend them to any single one and will bring the issue to trading standard！

Furniture arrived promptly, and the quality speaks volumes. The company was quick to respond to a query and resolved my concerns with great customer care. I would definitely recommend them and their products, only people who weren’t up to their incredible standard was the courier company, which I notified them about and they will address. Otherwise definitely 5 stars!!

Product is of a great quality and worth the investment.

I bought a 3x3 pergola with motorised louvers and LED lights. I was skeptical about the build quality as there are so many other brands out there with similar looking pergolas. What drew me to this one is it sits in the upper end of quality without being ridiculously priced like Pergolux. This is £2000 cheaper than their comparison, yet still has a 10 year warranty. The company has been good with delivery, but I elected to put it together myself. The roll down blind is quality and easy to fit. 100% cannot recommend these guys enough 👏 so much so, my parents bought one too 😁

Unfortunately not a good experience so far. We purchased a pergola on 1st May and expected delivery within 10 working days, as per their delivery policy advertised on the website. On 3rd May we received an update that the order had been dispatched so we patiently waited for an update on an order date. By thursday 14th May there was no update so I contacted their customer service. They responded the next day noting the courier had now collected our order and providing a tracking link. The tracking link has no further updates as of 19th May and further chasing of customer services simply yielded a mobile number for ‘Steve’ who apparently is the courier, which doesn’t give the greatest feeling of a professional firm operation. I have contacted Steve and await a response and hopefully a pergola very soon!

Update: once aware of the delay, Steve on the delivery side was more than helpful and went out of his way to get us our Pergola within a couple of days. Delivery driver Ghufi was also great and professional. Looking forward to enjoying our Pergola

Only disappointed buy no communication when deposit paid but would highly recommend casa Maria, quality is amazing and delivery was spot on so would highly recommend everything so happy 😃 💯👍

Prompt delivery. Quality product. Easy assembly. Had a few issues fitting the blinds as they were a very tight fit

After initial problems with communication this company provided and installed our pergola. It looks excellent in our space and we look forward to using it when our British weather improves! The people who installed it were efficient, polite and pleasant and obviously knew exactly what they were doing.
On reflection I would say this company needs to improve communication with customers to avoid any unnecessary issues in the future.
Overall we just wanted the pergola we paid for and we are now very happy with it.

The furniture is great , very easy process and the delivery guy was excellent . Put it altogether even though it rained and hailed. Offered him to come in and wait until weather better but he said he’d rather carry on! Such a lovely guy .. highly recommend this company.
