DO NOT BUY FROM HERE…

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE (casadeigioletti.it)

After a week there is no update on my order. That is not usually a problem, but I contacted to make sure everything is ok, since I need the tracking code. I tried to reach the store via Whatsapp text and phone, regular phone and mail over the course of 3 days. Only once did I reach an irritable clerk, who promised to answer my mail the same day but didn't return. Possibly a scam - The real store seems to exist, but they do not seem to follow through with their online orders. If I do not hear from them within 2 weeks I will report them.

UPDATE: casadeigioletti.it immediately refunded my order after making this post. It is possible that the in-person store is managed better than the online one.

Efficient and reliable

I ordered 2 Pandora items that are discontinued in the UK. I expected it would take weeks for them to arrive but it didn’t. They were FedEx’d and arrived within 7 days of my order. The items and shipping was reasonably priced too. Efficient and quick plus an added bonus of some lovely Italian chocolates in the parcel too.
