I have had an amazing experience at Japemasa Alicante. I have made a trade-in deal, contracts written down, and paid my part, and now still waiting (two weeks) for my money on the trade-in. And ready to make an official hoja with OCU against this company. I have tried to get in contact with supervisors of this site to resolve this issue and nobody is replying. My happiness of my new R5 is overshadowed by salespeople who are breaking their part of the contract. I regret i ever set foot inside their building. I dont recommand doing business with them. Quick sales persons, stereo-type in this industry. Failing to see who the client is. Disgusting.

Estaba buscando comprar un coche en España y usé CARWOW.
Identificamos la marca y el modelo y permitimos que CARWOW enviara precios de varios distribuidores.
Parece que el método de compra preferido en España es a través de Finanzas, pero se incluyeron los precios de las opciones al contado. Fue relativamente fácil progresar ya que, aunque el idioma de mayor comunicación era el español, pude traducir el mensaje al inglés y traducir las preguntas al español.
Terminamos comprando un Renault Clio a un precio muy superior al disponible en el taller local.
Hemos pagado el depósito y transferiremos el saldo cuando el automóvil esté disponible en la fábrica.
Recomiendo encarecidamente usar CARWOW
I was looking to buy a car in Spain and used CARWOW.
We identified the Make and Model and allowed CARWOW to sendprices from various dealers.
It would appear the preffered method of purchase in Spain is via Finance but option cash prices were included. It was relatively easy to progress as although the language most communication was in spanish I was able to translate there message to English and translate and questions back in spanish.
We ended up buying a Renault Clio at a price far superior than available in local garage.
We have paid deposit and will transfer balance when car available from Factory.
Highly Recommend using CARWOW.

So many attractive offers
I was sent a number of different offers for cars I was interested in and chose a Dacia Spring from Tahermo in Velez Malaga. Carwow's offer provided an attractive saving in price and Tahermo honoured it without problems. The complete transaction was trouble free and friendly throughout. Very glad I chose Carwow.

I tried carwow out of curiosity
I tried carwow out of curiosity, but the offers I got ARE NOT OFFERS AT ALL just what you would get if you went to the concessionary direct or there website. In fact some of the "offers" are actually dearer than the car or dealers website for instance Tesla my "offers" were 1000 ISH euros more than website.
Also the worse by far is MG who will lie to you. And when you ask to clarify they insist to have your phone number to spam you with unwanted calls. Therefore refuse to answer and after just ignore your enquiries. Just don't buy from MG or carwow is my opinion.
