Very pleased with the wind deflectors for my VW Golf.
The front door ones were a bit tricky to fit into place and I was worried that they could break in the process, but now they are fitted and do the job perfectly.
Fresh air without the rain getting in!

Ordered wind deflectors for my vehicle, heko ones, placed order on their site ,delivery was delayed,as had to come from overseas, despite saying they had them in ,was surprised when I received an e mail from Mick's Car Parts apologizing for the delay in delivery,returned up a couple of days late, but fitted perfectly. Just odd that they were ordered off them and came from another supplier

Good for double checking the model not wrong purchased. Good packing to protect.

The service from the provider was excellent but after paying to have them fitted today there’s an issue!! Because they fit into the rubber of the window it slightly kinks and therefore the safety measures on the glass sense an obstruction & the glass retracts into the door. As explained the only way to stop this is to hold the deflector away from the vehicle to prevent the kink in the rubber. The garage has offered to removed foc if this causes me issues.

Appalling and no customer service. I placed my order and received my order confirmation without a tracking number, messaged asking for this and no response. Chased my delivery after a week still no response. After 10 days I requested a full refund asked them to reply and guess what no response, they are obviously getting these messages as I did get a refund 20 days after I’d placed my order but they didn’t refund the postage for something that hasn’t been sent oh and one last time no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The second time of ordering from this supplier. Always prompt with delivery and always keep you informed with delivery dates and times. Would recommend them for a 1st class service!

Ordering process easy, communication severely lacking, did not know at what stage my order was till they arrived.courier service used extremely poor as they left them on doorstep on a public street,could have been stolen by anyone

The items were ordered, kept well communicated on process and delivered on time, and they fitted which you can’t ask for anymore, well pleased.

Recent items smashed and have tried to contact them numerous times and still haven’t had a reply 🤔🤷‍♂️

Easy to fit and effective

Easy to order and pay BUT zero communication after they have your money.
I paid for two day delivery, came FIVE days later. There is no phone number or way of talking to anyone.
The two day delivery was not refunded.
Wind deflectors were lightly scratched on arrival.

Needed some new deflectors. Got the full set here for not much more than just the front from the dealer. Fit was perfect and delivery was quick.
Happy customer.

Like others, the original delivery took some time. I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't bother me at all.

The problem came when I opened the package to find one deflector had broken. Working with plastics I know this was a manufacturing defect, which I have duly reported to them as soon as I could.

Three emails and web messages later and no response at all in over a week. Today I get an email asking me to write a review.

So: They take forever to get the goods to you, they take payment upfront, and they ignore you once you report a problem.
