Extremely poor service.

Extremely poor service.
I would not actually give this company one star.

04 January 2024, I purchased 1x BodySmaart Glucose, Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Monitor Watch – Silicone Black, for £67.49 from Cartshine. My bank account was debited immediately.

On 12 January24, I informed Cartshine that my order had arrived, however, there was no watch, instead I received a small package containing three rolls of tape (value no more than a couple of £).

I was asked to photograph the item I had actually received and send the images to them for investigation, this I did. I was never updated regarding their investigation. I submitted a letter of complaint; no response was ever provided by Cartshine.

I asked for a return label which was provided and I returned the incorrect item.

Between 12 January 24 and 5 February 24 (@ three weeks), I engaged in email tennis with someone called ‘Robert P’ and the Cartshine help desk, in total 20 email transactions took place.

On 07 February 24 I received two emails from Cartshine advising that a refund had been authorised, the next day I received the full amount. This may have been as a result of me making a formal complaint against Cartshine via my bank. Cartshine took possession of the incorrect item on 25 January 24, it took @two weeks to receive my refund.

Cartshines website looks very professional and states ‘Easy Returns Don’t like the product? Not as described? We’ll refund you straight away’ – this is not at all correct. The links to the website don’t work and it extremely difficult to find relevant information.

The only contact with this company is via email.

I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this website or company and certainly will not be using it again.

Awful experience.

Also known as COOLSTATICGIFTS. Awful experience.
After 3 weeks of waiting for an order we decided to pull the plug and request a refund.
Customer service not much of a help.
