Bought a second hand car last week, car was in great condition. Ben pointed out all the cosmetic damage and informed me they’d take care of the repairs and MOT which they followed through with. The turnaround was extremely fast and Ben kept in contact throughout the week explaining what stage the car was at until it was ready to purchase. Only slight critiques were that the windscreen fluid was empty and I didn’t notice until I tried using it mid drive down the motorway and it was almost 6000 miles above the advertised mileage. I should’ve checked before setting off but as it’s my first car I didn’t think! Small issues that aren’t necessarily Bens fault but still things to consider as a whole!

Mark is a great Ambassador for Cartrix. Honest, dependable, friendly with a wicked sense of humour! I'm very pleased with the service from Cartrix, who have a vast range of cars to suit all budgets. Including my own. It was worthwhile travelling from Hull to Bury for both the customer experience and a great value motor😁😁😁

The car that i purchased ad 2000 mor miles on the clock than advertised i accepted this i had to take the car for a puncture as it was loosing air over a couple of days only to be told the rim was damaged and silicon had been put in the gap was told where to go to get repaired and they managed to straighten the rim whe i looked on their website i noticed that the car i put in PX had lost 3000 miles since i left it is this false advertising or what would stay away from this dealer be warned

I Went a very long way was told nothing was wrong with the car had to pay 100 pound towards a key as they only had one was told will get back if we never purchased car took 4 hours to get there for the car to be full of mold dent on wheel arch which wasn't declared grill at the front wasnt on propley then noticed a bit where was filled also engine looked all rusty even seat belts bolt wore rusty and mold on seat belt and we moved the seat to see huge amount of mold on the frame then was told we should of expected it for a second had car there was mold all on the roof which they tried to get of but u can't get it out of fabric werent worth paying 9050

Chris was really helpful. The used car I purchased needed a little bit of work before it was ready to go but he made sure it was right and kept me updated every step of the way. Can't fault this garage at all. Really happy with my new motor :-)

Just had chance to write this so I’m sorry for the delay but I collected my Audi a3 a few weeks ago and from start to finish my experience was 5 star!!! My salesman Mark was phenomenal. Not pushy or putting pressure on me at all, in fact he urged me to shop around and not make a rash decision. In the end I end up going back and I’m really pleased would definitely recommend.

These guys are absolutely scam artists. Sell cars with known problems and will lie to your face about trying to sort them out. Do yourself a favour, plenty of other garages to choose from.

Avoid at all Costs ! I'd give 0 if I could, Sold me a car that had a fault within 2 months, 4 months later timing chain snapped, 5.5k down the drain, Mark (Manager) is rude, argumentative and highly unprofessional. Wouldn't ever recommend them, take your money to a decent, reliable garage and avoid these cowboys
