What a wonderful piece of History and…

What a wonderful piece of History and well worth a visit not just because of its history but because you will find a very warm welcome at this church by church members. They run a lovely gift shop where you can find all the information about the medieval Priory and the village itself. You will get a free guide that has lots of information but what is not in the guide the staff in the shop will fill in any gaps. I have never had such a warm welcome in any church and ther is no one in there that does not have a big smile on their face. We went on a Friday a few weeks ago and their was a couple in the shop who we had a long chat with. It was so nice to meet such friendly obliging people and that is what church should always be about.
