Had my ghost immobiliser fitted today by Josh fantastic lad so polite and so professional. I wouldn’t use the car until I got the ghost fitted so wanted it fitted asap. Came out to me same day fitted it so quickly and so knowledgeable about the system and explained everything. Cannot even tell the car has even been messed with. I’ve been assured complete aftercare should I need it. I am not very tech savvy and even I can operate it so I can now take my car out with peace of mind and would 100% recommend this company

These guys are fast polite and professional. Communication from start to finish is 2nd to none. A great service, I rarely recommend but this company is a refreshing change.

I’ve had various vehicles fitted with a ghost alarm over the years after having vans stolen and car theft solutions advised me to have them fitted and I’ve had no trouble since ! The latest vehicle that I had a ghost alarm fitted was a Range Rover and the service yet again was 1st class

I’ve personally had 5 of my cars fitted with Ghosts & Trackers and regardless of the vehicle I’ve had no issues whatsoever - clean and tidy work and treat my vehicles with the utmost respect - so much so I’ve recommended them to a number of friends who have also used Car Theft Solutions fit tracker and security solutions for them - highly recommend Luke, Josh, Sylvia and Laura who are always professional and helpful and I’ll definitely use them in the future

It was quick and easy to book the appointment, the engineer arrived told us what he was doing got on with the work knocked the door when he had finished, told how it worked showed how it worked and made shore we could work it so all good .

Car Theft Solutions are a fantastic installation company with great customer service. When my Ghost II immobiliser (which they fitted) had an issue, they immediately booked me in and quickly solved the problem. Excellent.

The person doing the installation was excellent. Explained everything with how my immobiliser worked in easy steps.

The reason the review isn't 5 stars is due to a lack of communication in the booking process. There was a glitch with my deposit order, which can happen but even once that was sorted it took some chasing to get a confirmation on my appointment date. I also wanted to pay by instalments as advertised on the site. What isn't made clear is this has to be arranged 24 hours before installation and there was very little guidance about this and at no point until the installation was done was I asked about how I was paying.

I'd recommend purely based on how good the installation is, but would advise the customer communication beforehand was below my expectations.
