Absolute scam. Said I owed money on a three contract which was cancelled months prior and upgraded with three, kept harassing me emails letters etc I went into the three store to confirm this and there was no remaining balances or payments due on my account and I was advised by the manager to go to my bank and report as fraudulent. Do not pay this company any money❗️‼️❗️‼️

Chasing my eldery parents for a debit which was from a friend who died 6 years ago. Her family denied the debit and somehow it got loaded onto my parents. They cannot afford this the Company said it was written off but they are still sending my parents threathening emails. I am glad that I have found these reviews however they clearly do not take Trustplot as a risk to there business. They are just bullies so perhaps this should be highlighted to Ofgem that the utility companies are using these people.

Absolute joke of a company harassing me every day, multiple calls and emails for a few months. I do not owe anybody any debt and I’m not even the person who they seem to be chasing which is a man… answered a couple of times (I am a women and said don’t call me again and I’m not the person they say I am) but still are continuing every single day! Absolutely sick of them!
All for an apparent debt of £33!!!

I only gave 1 star as there was no option for a zero score. This company seem to employ staff with no surnames, do not communicate with each other or provide Information required. They are very quick to send out letters alleging debt but take no action when you provide information to them about this. When you apply for a subject access request under the data protection act, you get a reply saying the case is closed, they provide no answers to questions asked previously and refer you to the originator of the debt. I will be complaining about carsuk to the Financial Services Ombudsman and the Information Commissioners Office. All unnecessary, none if the information sought was unreasonable. I doubt they even review this site, if they do I look forward to an unprofessional reply which I will attach to my file to FSO.

So I got to say it’s safe to login and view the document and read nothing about what the debt they are claiming is about. Jefferson Capital- don’t know them.

Disgusting vultures utterly lacking in integrity or legitimacy. Thieves who should not exist

Tried it on basically. Somehow found out when my old insurer wrote off my car 5 years ago (all resolved no debt owed to anyone) and they make up a claim to try and make you believe you owe money and make vague threats about non-payment. Well here's your solution should you ever be contacted by this company. I drafted and sent this email to their complaints and customer service department and within 24 hours they sent a response indicating they are no longer pursuing me and passed my case back to O2 Drive... No you haven't because they ceases trading in 2021! Utter lies because they knew they'd been caught out!
Email the following people at Carsuk;

admin
Here's the email you need to send remember to replace O2 Drive with the name of the company they claim passed your debt to them;
Dear Complaints & Legal Team,
This email serves as a formal complaint, a cease and desist notice, and a demand for immediate investigation into your fraudulent and baseless attempt to recover money you claim is owed to O2 Drive.
Your behaviour is not only unacceptable — it is unlawful.
---
Let me be absolutely clear: this alleged debt is fabricated.
The insurance policy in question was cancelled by the insurer following a total loss/write-off.
The matter was fully resolved years ago and no outstanding balance existed then or at any point afterwards.
Your attempt to resurrect a non-existent debt, five years after the event, is:
misleading
aggressive
a breach of FCA CONC regulations
a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
a breach of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 (s.40 – harassment of debtors)
You have no legal grounds, no enforceable debt, and no documentation.
Your reputation on Trustpilot shows identical patterns of behaviour — repeatedly chasing non-existent or fully settled debts, then admitting fault, then harassing customers again.
Your conduct in my case fits that pattern precisely.
---
You are now instructed to immediately cease all contact unless you can provide ALL of the following:
1. Original creditor documentation proving the debt exists
2. A full, itemised breakdown of the alleged balance
3. Copies of all original communications relating to any alleged outstanding amount
4. Evidence of assignment allowing you to pursue this debt
5. Proof the debt is not statute-barred
6. Proof that O2 Drive themselves have validated the debt and confirmed its accuracy
If you cannot provide this, your pursuit is fraudulent and knowingly dishonest.
---
If you contact me again without providing full evidence, I will take the following actions without further warning:
1. Submit a full report to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Referencing breaches of CONC 7.5, 7.14, 7.17 and multiple other regulatory failures.
2. Submit a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
Including your pattern of attempting to recover invented debts.
3. Lodge a harassment report with Action Fraud and the Police
Under the Administration of Justice Act 1970 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
4. Publicly document your conduct
Providing screenshots, timeline, and the full complaint for public awareness.
---
You have one final chance to fix this before it escalates beyond your control.
You must reply in writing within 7 days either:
providing full evidence that this debt exists, or
confirming the immediate closure of the case, the removal of all data, and the cessation of all contact.
Failure to do either will trigger the escalations listed above — without exception.
I expect your legal team to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
Yours faithfully,
Never going pay this made up debt I have just recently clear all my debts and owe nothing and chasing for £93 for nothing so I am glad I saw everyone reviews
