Nice piece of kit, feels solid

I ordered my products which came packaged safely intact good 👍 I had what I thought was a delay in delivery due to carrier I then emailed Henri who responded immediately and sorted it,and the next day my parcel arrived. An excellent customer service will definitely be ordering from them again 👍

Easy ordering, fast dispatch, and quality product Tyre Ink is possibly the best tyre gel on the market easy to apply no flick of the tyres and stays on for a good 4 weeks which is better than most .

Poor communication and so got a refund would not order again

An amazing kit for the tyre walls, the quality of all the items are fantastic. Tried the Ink for the first time and it provides a lovely satin look and even helps keep the tyre walls clean between washes. A truly superb Kit

Great after sales service. I got my mtm wand which came faulty - quick video to the seller showing the fault and they immediately put another wand in the post. All good and working.
Just waiting for them to collect the faulty one now.
I don’t know why they’ve had bad reviews to be honest - I read the reviews a little late so was worried I will get ignored but no, I’m actually happy with the service Henri provided me. Thank you

Excellent service and the products are amazing

I wanted to buy their nozzles. Regarding this, I emailed Henri at henri@c*rscope.co.uk and I tried to contact him over chatbot through their website. But no response from him at all. I wonder how he runs a business and ignore a potential customer. I don't recommend this company because I am pretty sure the after sales support will be poor.

This guys products are really good quality and great to use ever so glad I cam across his website.

I do leave reviews on his website for the items purchased but for some reason the seller never uploads my reviews to his website for others to view.

The items is well packed in a box and when you open the box you can immediately see the quality of the items and the weight of the items saids everything in the quality and after research others do similar stuff but cheaper version so deffo worth buying from carscope I just believe his stuff should come in there own boxes but instead there just all loose in a big brown box upon delivery so if there for presents it’s a bit of a let down.

Bad bit is the delivery service a tad slow so I ordered on a next day service and the items arrived 4 days later and I have had several items from carscope on a next day service and only ever has 1 item reached me next day.

The seller for some reason does not seem to respond to messages don’t matter if I email him or send him a message from the carscope website I so wish he would respond as this is what causes negatives to any company so his communication is poorer than poor

I’m very new to this company but spent into the hundreds with him so far and unfortunately he still ignores my messages even though I keep making purchases so would of thought he would be happy for the buisness.

I have mentioned to him about the delivery service and he said the delivery company does not deliver over weekends I asked him to add this to his website for other customers to save on disappointed customers he said he would but 2 months later still has not updated his website

Items go out of stock but once out of stock seem to never come back in stock as I’ve been waiting months for some items and still not in stock :(

Service needs huge improvement…..

His coms need to be hugely improved hence the low stars

Due to my reviews never getting added to carscope website I decided after a very hard decision it’s time to do a trustpilot review and I am hoping he gets in touch with me to apologise for ignoring all my messages and along with all the other faults listed in my review so going forward I then can feel like a valued customer of his and feel like I can purchase again with confidence.

Apart from delivery and communications that would have made me leave a 5* feedback so unfortunately he has let me down at this point.

Carscope I so wish I could leave you a 5* review but after messaging you again and still not receiving a reply I decided enough is enough as I feel like you left me no choice.
I was so ready for another order from you as well so I am extremely disappointed.
