The guy turned up ahead of time he rang ahead, let us know what was happening, safely uplifted the vehicle and promptly transported it to my mechanic then made sure everything was ok before departure. He was very professional and reassuring.

First time I’ve used Carroll’s automotive, and couldn’t fault them at all. Called them I was given a time and they arrived on time, which for me is very important.

Great people and very professional and friendly, not just left my car in front of my house and left, the driver helped pushing for 15 mins as the rear drive shift was snapped!!! Amazing man wish I remember his name.

Saved me twice now during lockdown...I am a member of RAC but was given wait tines of over 2 hours on both occasions carolls automotive on both occasions there within 20 minutes for a very reasonable price....would highly recommend

I needed a car transport trailer to go and collect a car I'd bought at auction earlier that day, the guys had one available and I was able to collect it that evening (which was a Friday night) at 6.45pm so I could head off early the next morning. The service was excellent, great a see a company which is happy to work around you and doesn't just stick to office hours like so many other hire companies. This is the second time this year I've used Carrolls and would highly recommend them.

I returned to my car and found I had a flat battery. I am not from the gateshead area and I have no breakdown cover. I found Carroll on a breakdown website
The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and help full they arrived in about 30 mins and sorted my car. I would highly recommend this company.
