I ordered Rizoma Bar end mirrors from Melbourne Australia on the Friday afternoon and received them (from Italy) on the following Monday morning!!! They were freighted & in the Melbourne Depot of DHL on Sunday. Unbelievable...2 days. Furthermore, the product was SUPERB. Beautifully packaged. Carpimoto are really switched on. I ordered a givi rack from my dealer but it was the wrong one, it took over 2 weeks to come. I ordered the right one from carpi Moto after reading these reviews on Monday evening and it arrived on Friday morning. Spectacular service from Italy to the U.K., let’s hope brexit doesn’t affect futures services as I’ll be checking their website as not only fast but cheaper than the U.K. by a lot!

I have ordered 4 spark plugas Laser Iridium for my bike, that were very quickly shipped and arrived next day, to my great suprise when opening the box the spark plugs were used!!!
Carlo, the sales manager quickly replied to my calim and immediatly offered to resolve the problem.
