Initially I got a scare as I did not receive a confirmation of my purchase, and the shipping country was shown to be something else than the country I ordered to. So much scam out there. But I contacted the seller and got a polite reply; the carpet did arrive, and in reasonable time. It is gorgeous! The website shows all the details very truthfully, just be careful to check all the images. I have to repeat, the carpet is absolutely beautiful!
I ordered and paid for a carpet from CarpetU2. Once received, not happy with the carpet, I inform CarpetU2 within the deadline that I want to return it and get my money back, standard commercial practice also provided on their site. The CarpetU2 staff does not respond to my request nor to the many reminders, written and telephone, the after-sales customer service no longer exists! After 2-3 months of useless attempts, when, in order not to lose my money, I try to ask for the carpet to be replaced (minor damage for me) with another carpet on their site, they magically and immediately reappear, replying that they would proceed with the replacement. Obviously I will buy the next carpets elsewhere.

Couldn't fault anything about our dealings with this company. Darren came out to show us samples which is a great way of seeing the carpets where they are actually going and not just in the show room.
