First ordered through Evelyn and perfect helpful service. Very challenging times for her, but so polite and lovely.
Popped in to make payment to the Manager, rearrange fitting, discuss future flooring options. Again the service was top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will happily be ordering again for our new home. Thank you

Very helpful. David was really kind and professional and eager to help. Made the experience easy, clear and enjoyable. The job itself was done perfect. Carpenter turned up on time and did a great job. Definitely returning to do the rest of my house.

Had my laminate floor fitted yesterday, the guys did an amazing job . From start to finish Carpetright have been fantastic

I'd like to state that the store was great 'at first' but the recommended fitter did a terrible job. Had him back to rectify his poor job and still was just awful.

I called a local fitter, who when I mentioned the fitters name said 'that guy, yeah you're not the first'
He even came round and did the work for FREE!! to fix the original fitters mistakes!!!

I contacted the store who then couldn't care less, I offered to show evidence of the poor work and they didn't want to know 'its between you and the fitter, thanks bye'

I'm sorry but what???

In future I'll buy the product and source someone reliable myself, I came to yourselves expecting a good job and received something sub-par.

We don't have the budget to buy big and this was our first room. The mess it's caused has made us feel awful and let down, we spent hours decorating and organising for the flooring and was the final piece for the room.

No accountability from the store advisor I spoke to on the phone, even annoyed I'd call them. He kept repeating himself and passing all blame away. I'm not unreasonable in any way and would've accepted even an apology at that stage. But no, he couldn't even do that.

I would like to say that the service I received in carpet right . The service I got was not what I expected.i was looking for a room size end of roll or remnant. I had a small budget from a senior citizen ( my mother in law) Evelyn and David . The service was amazing. They bent over backwards to help. They cut me a piece off a roll as the roll end was not big enough. True to say a little charity goes a long way.Thankyou so much one pleased customer

We went into the Kettering store and Evelyn served us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a quote for the carpets we wanted and followed this up with a booking to have a surveyor come to the house to confirm measurements and our costs. Graham came on the day booked and did a thorough job of measuring the whole house (for future purposes) and confirmed the cost of the carpets in the 3 rooms we wanted doing first. Great service and advice from Graham which included saving us money on underlay for the future when we have carpets for 2 of the bedrooms. Overall, very pleased with the service in store and in our home, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kettering store

Visited the Kettering store to look at carpets for our lounge with the view to purchasing at a later date. Left the shop later having placed the order for our new carpet. Evelyn was very patient and helpful in guiding us to the best options and offering us the best deal. Great customer service all round.
