Would definitely have carpet one help me with all my floor updates

We’re loving our flooring, the sales lady was very knowledgeable, the quality is good, but the process was a bit unsettling. Because I worked in business and was used to seeing itemized invoices, I requested an itemized breakdown of our estimate but didn’t receive that...in the mail...until the floor was completed and final payment was made. The estimate included floor cleaner that we were told cost $18ish, which I declined because I use non-toxic chemically free cleaners in our home. However, the amount subtracted from the estimate was $11.99. I realize this seems like trivia to a business, but for those on a fixed income, every little bit counts. And of course, there was the week that the floor was partially finished because the original order was shorted and we lived around the mess. I would give a better rating if we had received a token discount for that inconvenience. We did appreciate the fact that they worked with us to get the job done because we were leaving on vacation.

Totally satisfied with the whole process. Really helpful when picking out the flooring. The installers worked the whole time they were here and did an excellent job. They did a great job of cleaning up any mess they made. I love my floors and would recommend Carpet One.

Carpet One is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting what you need for your home. They want to be sure you will be happy. I felt that we could of been better informed about when the installation was going to be done and how long it was going to take. The carpet installation was done so promptly and completed beautifully!!! I know it was only 1 bedroom but it was amazing how it was done so quickly. The porcelain tile job was much bigger and I know things come up that can’t be helped. Overall we are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen and bathroom flooring. We would probably go back to Carpet One for future flooring.

The employees at Carpet One in Owensboro have been a pleasure to work with. The three young gentlemen, Luke, Zack and Dave, did an excellent job with our carpet. They are to be commended for their kindness and good work ethiics. Kudos to you all!

Mark worked very hard to make sure the hardwood on our new stairs matched the hardwood that is already down on our floors. It is pretty much an identical match and looks beautiful!

Mark and the Carpet One staff made the stressful job of replacing my flooring as smoother than I ever could imagined. They help in each step of
the process and clearly showed how much they care about making sure I was happy with the results. If you need new flooring Mark and his staff will make your home feel like new again.

Carpet one was wonderful to deal with. They not only helped me make decisions but stand behind their work & products. The guys who did the install were great. Friendly, neat & they finished the whole house within a week. I would definitely recommend Carpet One to anyone needing floors.

They were very knowledgeable on their products and very efficient on the installation.

We had hardwood installed in our kitchen some years ago and weren't sure if would could find the same product to install in our dining and living rooms. Fortunately, there was the same product and we ordered it. The installers removed the carpet, padding, tack strip and staples and kept the spaces clean while working. They discovered that the kitchen floor was higher than the other two and the transition would not be even unless they raised the subfloor. We were contacted by the store with a price for that, which was very fair, and the subfloor was brought out that day and installation started. The actual flooring was seamlessly transitioned from the kitchen. The installers were prompt, courteous, detailed and neat. They left the workspace cleaned up after each day. The attention to precise installation was wonderful. Kevin is a craftsman! The final product is beautiful and we are beyond delighted with the outcome. I would never shop at any other flooring store but Carpet One.

The staff, the product, the installation and the way the flooring looks in the home is excellent. We had new flooring installed in part of the home due to damage. After we have seen how great the new flooring looks and how nice the installation went, we are now considering finishing the rest of the home. Very impressed with Carpet One Floor & Home!!!

Arrived on time, was very easy to work with, great communication, did a great job of installation. Before he left, he made sure everything was just as he found it.

I had wood floors put in three bedrooms. The floors are beautiful. The workmen who installed my floors were professional and courteous. The trim work they did was outstanding.
My only complaint was I was promised a bottle of floor cleaner and I had to contact them more than once to receive it.

First off, let me say this is the first review I have ever written. I first purchased from Carpet One Floor and Home several years ago for a small carpet and installation job. I was so pleased at the time that I told anyone that would listen about how professional EVERYTHING was. I recently had the need for a bigger job and once again was astounded from the beginning to completion. The Hayden and Bennett families are so easy to work with and truly work as a team. The installation crew was so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Take my word....Experience it for yourself!!!! You will not be disappointed.
