After several months of looking around for a good quality carpet, we stopped into Carpet One. We were instantly impressed with the customer service and the knowledge of products being offered. Throughout the whole process from the second we walked in the door to the time that the excellent installers walked out of our door, Lori was very involved and very professional! The great customer service start the moment Lorie answered the phone at Carpet One Floor and Home in Farmington No ,she listened to all my needs and requests then answered every question with solid answers on quotes and installation , there selection was fantastic and she took the time to explained every carpet sample and price point and advantages of each carpet style to fit my needs , then Ben followed me to my home and took precise measurements , then lorie worked with me on the installation to fit my needs which was the next day , The installer showed up on time the next morning cleaned up after himself and was very polite . I had walked in the major competitor next door to them first , because they are advertising free installation if you spend a certain amount ,but you were required to change out the padding even if you didn’t need to and they said maybe they could get it installed by the end of June another words 30 days out . My customer experience was a solid 10 with the Carpet One team ! Thanks Rick Kyle .

We've purchased carpet from Carpet One twice in the last year. Last spring they moved the furniture and removed the old carpet. Most recently they installed in a cleaned out freshly painted room (carpet already removed). Both experiences went great. The sales associates (Lorie last time, Joel this time) were very helpful. The installers did a great job. My son the painter was especially impressed last week when there was very little touch up needed on the baseboards after the installation. I definitely recommend Carpet One for their consistent professionalism and quality products.

Love these people and their products! Very accommodating and pleasantly professional and extraordinarily patient.. Lorie is a jewel and always went the extra mile and stuck to my budget. Thank you and also she was an incredible resource for additional, outside help beyond their purview.
