Great Experience!
We received a warm, friendly welcome every time that we entered the store. The employees provided a wealth of information that was very helpful to us in making our selections. We received undivided attention from sales staff and did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase. We could easily contact employees for information and received a quick response. We purchased early but were able to schedule installation at the time that suited us best. The carpet layers did an excellent job and left the area clean and neat. Betsy was our main contact. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed working with her. We already have recommended Carpet One!

Everyone whom I have worked with has …been helpful.
Everyone whom I have worked with has been helpful and very pleasant. However, I primarily worked with Betsy who was very helpful with good suggestions for our new house. I appreciated her sense of humor and common sense. I felt as though she was an old friend by the time we finished.
What would be helpful is for the staff to know a bit more about what will be required and / or the unique challenges for the particular tile or product purchased.

Carpet and Wood Laminate Flooring
We purchased Carpet and Wood Laminate Flooring from you all and love them both. We had you all install the carpet and an independent contractor do the laminate. From the beginning when I went in to look at samples until the final installation was complete everything was great. Our sales guy showed up while the carpet was being installed to check on the progress. Very Easy to work with company!

Excellent Customer Service Still Exists
I called to get a rough estimate of what it might cost to have a large area of our home carpeted. With no obligations or hard sales, Cassie came to our house to measure and brought s samples. She then provided cost estimates that were in our email the next morning! We chose the best option and Cassie worked diligently in finding carpet layers to work within our time frame. The carpet is beautiful, the service was flawless and working with Cassie made us realize there still are competent people in the world!!!

John Cathy is personable and always responds to emails or phone calls. He takes care of issues when things aren't right and customers will know he will do what he needs to do to provide outstanding customer service and follow through. Great selection and service!
We remodeled our bathroom and kitchen and John "Boo" Cathey was great to work with--found us the exact tile we wanted from a supplier and saved us a bunch of money. We over estimated on some and he took it back and gave us a full refund! Can't recommend them and Boo more!

In today's world of Pintrest boards & Instagram photos, I came into Carpet One with a host of complicated ideas for our tile projects. Boo went out of his way to ensure he matched our ideas with product while steering us away from potential complications. With his breadth and depth of flooring knowledge he made recommendations, obtained samples & ultimately got us exactly want we wanted. Purchase of large area rug
Had nothing but great service from the time I walked in the door until the time my carpet was delivered at my home. The sales staff was more than helpful in helping me choose my rug quality and the binding that I needed. The ordering and delivery could not have been easier. , The delivery staff was also excellent, and we could not have been any happier with our purchase.
