The part arrived early and is good quality

No information, no tracking data, has not arrived. Poor service!!!!!!

I ordered a part and never seemed to be even shipped. After no status change in the tracking for 5 days, I called to get a refund.

I had to fix my farm truck it doesn't leave the property so the best thing about Carpadts.com is the price and I received it a day early.

Easy to use for my part hopefully it will fit

I ordered a mirror for my car last week it was supposed to arrive Monday . I have still yet to receive it .

The part though delayed by USPS was delivered today and it was perfect! I called cust. Service and inquired about delay. Though I don’t know for sure, it was after I called that USPS gave an update on the delivery. I am grateful for her work…Jim

Before ordering, I did everything possible to make sure I was purchasing the correct part. I entered my vehicle information, including the year, make, model, and VIN, and the website indicated that the fuel filler assembly would fit my truck.

Because I needed to be certain, I also called CarParts before placing the order and specifically asked whether the photograph shown on the website represented exactly what I would receive. I was assured that it did.

The product pictured included the plastic filler housing/shroud, filler tube, overflow/vent tube, and the additional canister/component attached to the assembly. Even the delivery notification showed the same photograph of the complete assembly.

That is NOT what I received.

The part delivered to me is missing the canister/component shown in the photograph. That is not a minor cosmetic difference. My truck already has a fuel-filling problem, and this component appears to be directly related to the system that allows the tank to vent properly while filling. I purchased this assembly specifically because I need to correct the problem of the fuel nozzle repeatedly shutting off while trying to fill the truck.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I did not simply order something based on a picture and hope it would fit. I researched the vehicle, provided the VIN, verified compatibility through their website, and then CALLED THEIR COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING to confirm that the pictured assembly was what I would receive.

Now I have an incomplete/different part, my truck still cannot be filled properly, and instead of CarParts immediately correcting an obvious problem, I am being forced to wait while they drag out the process of deciding what they are going to do.

If a company advertises a specific assembly, confirms over the phone that the photograph represents the product being sold, and then ships something materially different, the customer should not have to spend days chasing them for a solution.

I need the correct COMPLETE fuel filler assembly that I ordered and that CarParts represented I would receive. This should have been handled immediately.

Well it stated that it would be here on the 19th and after purchasing it moved to the 22nd. That's one of the reasons I purchased it from you. Just not good business practices

Finding the part I needed was quick and easy. Ordering was easy and arrived when they told me it would. The only reason I gave it a four star was because when I got the package, the envelope was open - and beat to hell. But the part survived the abuse and works well

Used the website before. No problems.

Easy to order. Good prices. Fast delivery (3 days).

Delivery expected Wednesday September 16 and 2 days later still not here.
