Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, have emailed to register my blue badge, no response, no staff to ask, all day at coventry hospital and phone number shut when leaving at 17:30.

Scammers have more integrity than this company.

Received a fine, despite registering my blue badge by following the instructions on the coventry hospital website. Turns out they were incorrect. Phoned the company, they advised me to appeal. Followed the instructions on the letter, nowhere on the website to appeal, only to pay. Called back, they couldn't advise me further. So I will have to appeal by post, which judging by other reviews
will likely be denied. Shocking that the NHS is using a company like this and I will be letting my MP know.

Thieving cowboys

Thieving cowboys, payment machines not fit for purpose, I have appealed a PCN but have little confidence of success, I have also asked for evidence of those issued tickets 2 hours either side of my ticket at same machine. I wouldn't ever try to avoid payment given my knowledge of the camera system I couldn't work for a company who have so many 1 star reviews, how the hell do they sleep at night.

Take a wrong car park by accident 2 metres away

Have dropped my wife at Coventry Hopspital for a X-ray cause of potentially cancer, been very very upset that day.
Have take a wrong entrance which was a private car park 2 metres away from hospital car park, payed for it when I left and then get a penalty for not paying a car park (totally stupid).
Have done the appeal but they said is unsuccessful. Disgraceful, full of scamers this day, some of this even legal like this scunc's!
Be aware when go to Coventry Hopspital don't use Meridian hospital car park!!!

As corrupt as they get

They are the epitome of why people hate parking companies, all they care about is money, money and more money.
I entered the wrong reg, stupid mistake I know but I was tired and wasn't parking my car. I appealed, proved I paid the correct amount (that's what the machine told me to pay when I entered the time I arrived), gave both reg numbers and the unique payment ID. This normally results in a lower "Admin" charge but not with this company. Nope, they weirdly admitted I paid in the reply but said I hadn't paid enough?!?!?

f.....g scam company

I don't understand, I drove to the hospital, parked my car, put the blue badge on the car. And I got a fine, and I can't call anywhere or send an email. I sent a note saying that I drove to the hospital and drove away and I don't understand why I got a fine, what nonsense

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star .
Absolutely joke of a company , arrived at Colchester hospital and drove around for 30 mins & 32 seconds trying to get a space to which 30 mins is free . I arrived at 11:32:40 , drove around for 30 mins which would bring it to 12:32 , at 12:32 EXACT I paid for 1 hour & left after 59 mins 13:01:52. I’m being fined £70 for being over by seconds . What an absolute joke . I appealed and of course they rejected it . as a patient who is receiving tumour treatment I think this is beyond disgusting, Colchester hospital do better with who you are working with .

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles

CPP have allegedly issued my son with a PCN. No PCN has ever been received, possibly due to his change of address.
First communication was from a debt recovery agency.
He appealed immediately, however CPP have refused to consider my appeal and simply referred me to the debt recovery agency.
He has no way to contact CPP and accordingly cannot get a 10 digit code to appeal to POPLA.
I believe CPP are in breach of the BPA code in that they have not issued him with the PCN with an opportunity to either agree and settle, or to appeal.
They are refusing to consider his appeal now.
They are refusing to issue any referral to POPLA.
They are failing to provide ANY method of contacting them to discuss.

I don't think they care about bad reviews one way or another, but hopefully the BPA will care and take action against this bunch of charlatans and their Debt collection buddies.

Absolutely disgraceful parking company

Absolutely disgraceful parking enforcement at Ipswich Hospital. I had a valid receipt for the time I was parked, yet I still received a penalty. The so-called “evidence” doesn’t even show my vehicle in the parking area!

Having read other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. There is no independent review process for appeals, no actual customer service to speak to, and no fairness in the system. It’s nothing more than a money-making scheme targeting patients and visitors.

At a time when people are visiting a hospital—often under stressful or emotional circumstances—you’d expect some level of empathy, but there is none. No compassion, no respect, and no accountability. Even D*ck Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

The fact that this is happening at an NHS facility is scandalous. Avoid this parking system if you can, and be warned—once they issue a fine, you have no real way to fight it.

Trying to appeal a ticket and nowhere…

Trying to appeal a ticket and nowhere on their site to do so, only to make payment. Appeals are only in writing, the address is a PO Box so unable to so with tracking.
Reading reviews on here it seems pointless trying, surely our hospitals have a duty of care to use an ethical company to manage it's lucrative car parking business.
Their signage is a scam

Registered Nurse at Colchester Hospital…

Registered Nurse at Colchester Hospital outpatients department with parking permit. My daughter has been parking at Colchester Hospital for over four years, initially as a student, a HCA with NHS professional, and now a registered nurse in the outpatients department. She can park regularly for charge which I believe is £2.00 a day and the money is taken daily off her payment account via Evology. We have noticed that some payments go on days when she is not at the Hospital. Some never go off when she is working. She was charged for the 29th November when she and I flew off to Lisbon, so was not at the Hospital, but on returning to work on the 4th, 5th 6th and 7th December received parking charges for two of the four days. The charge for the 5th does not even show one carpark, but staff E.J.K and H. She usually parks in the overflow carpark. If staff who park in this carpark all the time are getting hit with random charges and not being able to appeal them successfully with payments and permits, the general public has no chance of doing this, my advice would be to park away from the Hospital if you can or make sure you take photos of arrival, departure and payments. This company are not even contactable by phone, so avoid at all cost if you can.
Just to be clear, I filled out the appeals with her and sent off the payment receipts, etc, and she still lost, so she has a bill for £140, which is more than she earns a day as a newly qualified band 6 nurse. Shocking Company to deal with!!
Update!!! Just turned out that over 300 Colchester Colleges, staff including volunteers with valid permits have received parking fines from this shambles of a company!! Shame Colchester Hospital never took complaints serious previously. Let's hope everyone gets reimbursed and this company has a serious look at its procedures or even better disappears. My daughter even supplied a copy of permit and still had to pay its been 4/5 times this year. They just kept sending demanding letters till you feel forced to pay.

No ONLINE appeal - doesn't exist

Tried to appeal a PCN online as per the paperwork from CPP - doesn't exist, only a payment portal. Tried to call them to get some info - all automated and only gives you an option to pay. Done a written appeal but cannot send it tracked as it's a PO Box. So they will probably deny they got it. I mean HOW do these companies get away with this?? and they're an approved operator and member of the BPA...what a joke.

I received a ticket for overstaying at…UCHW

I received a ticket for overstaying at Coventry hospital by 9 mins. The delay was due to the nurse only letting in one visitor at a time. i appealed to CPP but got back a message saying "Don't be so daft, it isn't a fine, some people?" nowhere on the CPP website can you complain, rubbish

Shambles

All traffic around UHCW was gridlocked and I couldn't park to get in to see my partner in HDU, recovering from major cancer surgery, after sitting in the car for several hours. This was across the entire site, from what I could see, so I can only assume that CPP must have been aware of this.

I have just recevied a parking fine from Car Parking Partnership for the pleasure of being prevented from visiting my partner, not actually managing to get into an actual car park (the fine was for being stuck around the A&E drop off only point which is the route into the car park that I intended to use) and spending around 2 hours stuck in my car along with hundreds of other people. Additionally, it took CPP 16 days from date of alleged transgression through to writing the letter and a further 3 days for me to receive it (08/01/25 to 27/01/25).

Separate from this, and notwithstanding the ridiculous price of the parking anyway, there was another occasion where I had to spend 20 minutes looking for a working parking payment point after a visit becuase they all refused to accept payment.

Paying for parking at a hostpital is, rightly, never going to be popular, but CPP manage to make the whole process that much more distasteful.

Volunteer charged £100 for emergency hospital trip

I represent a Community Transport Organisation. We were contacted by a local GPO to take a patient with a broken hip to hospital urgently as there was an 8 hour wait for an ambulance. We were instructed to drop off at the ambulance reception where the ambulance staff were not allowed to help us and the medical staff were not aware of our arrival despite the GP making arrangements. I still left the hospital grounds in 29 minutes having never "parked" in the car park. Car parking partnership are now harassing me at my home address for £100. They will not be paid so they are wasting their money sending letters.
