I ordered 2 different paints. Ive received one but it took lots of complaing to get it. We are a month and a half on and still no show of the second one. After numerous emails some they answer and some they dont! When they do answer they are sending the exact same emails as I received when I enquired about the first paint. It seems after reading other peoples comments they are just as bad with everyone. Given the choice again I wouldnt use this firm EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe a phone call to Trading standards is needed now.

Do not use this company, as they are a cowboy outfit. They take your money, send out the wrong colour paint kit, and then when you email them with the problem, they completely ignore you. I am looking at contacting Trading Standards and the Police to report this company and get them shut down, before they con more people. They don't seem to care when you write a negative review on their web site.

This 'company' is absolutely disgusting.

I ordered on the 11th of June, and since been continuously emailing to find out whats going on as I haven't received it yet. No response from them at all.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Fell for this one too. No paint arrived, one response asking for details or order which was sent. No more feedback, even after asking again a number of times. Avoid just a bunch of crooks.

Have finally received my paint ... only took them 7 weeks, and it was leaking!

Same problem. Ordered paint. Arrived in a fair time but can said the correct number but the paint was the wrong colour. Tried ringing - answer message that they have just come back from holiday and no response from e-mails despite waiting over two weeks.

Absolute crap. Not worth a ...... They take your money straight away and you get f** * all. No acknowledgement of order. No response to numerous emails. Congratulations you have been ripped off by unscrupulous cowboys.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY , I AM JUST ABOUT TO REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS
The take your money and then make no contact , I had to chase them , their phone is set with an old answer message .
What a way to conduct a business , should t be allowed to trade .

I purchased paint on 23/03/18 The website advised they were on holiday until 6/04/18. Contacted on several occasions and they eventually told me that paint had been posted, paint never turned up, sent 4 more emails and contacted citizens advise who advised me to put a letter together. I sent one final email advising that if I didn’t get a refund I would contact trading standards. Have heard nothing from them then like magic today 9th May my money was refunded. A stressful experience.

Order paint 4 weeks ago still not arrived even though money has been taken.do not answer there emails. One more week has gone past and paint has arrived 👍

Don't panic. Ordered paint 15/01/2018. Money taken but no confirmation email. I phoned and emailed 18th and 21st - no response. Read reviews (mostly bad) - started to panic/research getting a refund. Emails from company 23rd and 24th assuring me that paint was on its way. Paint arrived as ordered on 26/1/18. Maybe we just have to be a little more patient. Haven't used paint yet but will review again if necessary.

Ordered a pot of touch up paint over a week ago. No sign of my order although payment was taken straight away! Emailed company to see what the hold up is & nothing back from them! No way to do business with people. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one! Wish I'd read reviews first. Wouldn't have bothered ordering from them!! Stay well away & spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

ordered paint on 10/1/18.took money from my account then nothing further. tried emailing them at both email addresses no reply. rang them 18/1/18 no reply voice mail full. then rang lothian bodyshop it has the same address and answered saying they had already sent it. It arrived on 20/1/18 by first class post

Excellent ,efficient .Product delivered promptly with the minimum of fuss.Was kept informed by email.Good reliable service

I placed an order with them for car paint to be delivered to me in Spain. When delivery information is entered on their site, there is list of countries from which to choose, one of which is Spain.
Now after many weeks waiting for delivery and complaining of non receipt, they say they do not ship to Spain, yet allowed me to enter my address in Spain in delivery information and charged postage for delivery there.
Terrible!

Cowboys according to reviews - not wrong.

Ordered paint over a week ago. Emailed them but got an email back saying "undeliverable" as "mailbox unavailable". Tried calling them on the phone throughout the day, just goes to answering machine.

Update 12/10/2017 : So I received my touch up paint kit today. I ordered and they took my money on the 29th Sep, they posted it on the 11th Oct and I received it on the 12th Oct. Nearly 2 weeks for a bit of touch up paint! I wouldn't have minded had they kept in touch to let me know what was going on with the order, or just pick up the phone when you try to call.

Paint 'exactly as it says on the tin', the colour match is perfect, very quick delivery, neighbour is so impressed he is ordering a kit to touch up his car.

I ordered some spray paint 14 days ago. Yesterday I phoned twice to ask for an update on my order and got a message to say someone would be in touch shortly. I emailed last evening and got a reply saying the same.
I phoned today and got the same message. Have again just emailed but don't expect a reply.
I am totally disgusted and frustrated. Suggest you don't use this company
