Expected fixture points on carpet, fortunately snug fit means the carpet stays put.

Ordered the Main Dealer option for my Nissan Ariya. Service and delivery excellent. The mats I would say are OK, Are they main dealer quality, sadly very much not, they are very "board like" the anchoring points don't quite fit just OK, and at £57 I would suggest overpriced

Avoid. Despite being told that my order has been despatched, weeks later it has not. No idea when it might arrive and to be honest having read the reviews regarding the smell, I'm dreading its arrival. Wish I had ordered elsewhere - have sought a refund.

Unsafe carmat, pilot side lift and went behind my brake pedal almost caused an accident

The mats that I ordered for my new car are great! They fit perfectly. Although they took a little while to arrive, I received regular updates on their progress. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Beautifully made quilted boot liner. Fitted the boot perfectly including relevant cutouts.
I even came with it's own storage bag.

absolutely scam. ordered product Monday received Thursday week after. my complaint about time waiting covered by some script escuses. rubber mats smell awful, can't use. Even when they outside house still smell. offered me carpet mats instead, lol. It's a great idea. the customer wants steak lets offer fish. never again any scum companies from Facebook.

been reported Traiding Standards, Fair Traiding and Federal Trade Commission.

These mats have a terrible smell like burnt electrical wiring. Presumably this relates to how they were manufactured.
They have ruined the driving experience in my new car.

Very happy with the quality and speedy delivery for the type of product.

The quality of finish is horrendous.
Both front mats have flaws in exactly the same place.
No acknowledgement of fault other than “send back for a refund”!

Shame as service in ordering etc was 1st class!
But . . It’s all about the quality of finish!

Bought a boot liner for a Seat Leon estate. Beautifully made. Picture on the Seat Leon page on their website showed an estate which is what I wanted so I bought it. They delivered a bespoke liner for a hatchback. They say on their website in small letters that the photo is for illustration only so beware. I’ve spent £400 on a product I can’t use and they won’t accept returns. Great product but…

Swift delivery and great to be able to put my car registration number in and be directed to the mats to fit my car. Great fit and good quality even though I ordered the cheapest mats. Very competitive price too. Would definitely use again

A perfect fit for my ID3 and the “ super” version, which I think I had were as good if not better than VW ones costing three times more.
I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier and received good communication from them regarding my fitting concern which was addressed before manufacture and dispatch.

So, ordered some mats thinking they would be the correct ones on there website, there was no Reg check but only 2 options for my car & because my car was a 5 door & the other option was a 3 door & they were slightly cheaper than another website & local, I thought why not.

The ones I had that were badly worn didnt quite fit that great either so thought the shape looked like it was gonna be perfect......

They arrived & didnt fit properly,
Then they tell me they cant take the others back but if I want to order "these ones" (for a 3 door car) we can give you 10% off, so not only was I £55 down & some mats that dont fit properly, but they wanted me to then buy some more off them, which bare in mind I cant send back if they dont fit, so effectively they could take £100 from me & I cant do anything about it if the second set dont fit.

Absolute Joke..... Use a different company if I were you thats got some kind of customer satisfaction & will help get a solution for something so simple.

Its a car mat company.... its not like they cant resell them, I didnt have my name spattered all over them either, just the edging was coloured.

I wont be using this company again thats for sure.

I am impressed with the fit of the new rubber car mats however I don't think I can use them because the smell is so strong it makes my eyes water. I may have to leave them outside for a couple of weeks to see if that helps. I would buy the cloth version.

Mats came wrong for my bmw x6 which I bought on eBay from carmats, then I had to send them back to get my refund on top of that when they refunded me they didn’t refund all my money, absolutely disgusting service even though it was not my fault, also the mats are your cheap Ali express stuff

This company is an outstanding example of how a British company can offer products of a very high standard. The customer service is second to none.
I have purchased mats for different models of cars from them and they always are a perfect fit.

Expected to be delivered on Friday, as stated on their website. It's sat and no delivery, it's not even being processed yet, when I checked the delivery status. Miss leading won't be using them again.
