Carluccis is a very popular…

Carluccis is a very popular establishment, the quality of the food is very good. I had dinner there this evening and I cannot fault their food. Notwithstanding this, I have a real problem with the waiter, a gentleman from Salerno, who was really unhelpful and borderline rude. The restaurant was very busy and we did not have a booking. I asked him if there were tables available inside the restaurant, not outside, and he was really put off about the question. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. Eating out is a combination of good food and a pleasant, welcoming environment and that was not my experience.
