KINGS X BRANCH.
Given incorrect tonic. Focaccia bread awful, dense and with a cake type texture. A thick slab of it.
Tuna salad awful. Thin dry piece of Tuna. Undercooked boiled egg with salad saturated in unpleasant dressing. Inedible. What a shame. Antonio Carlucci must be turning in his grave

Perfect! Excellent food!

Delicious cuisine mixed italian and international

Have been going to Southsea carluccios for years. Pretty much hit and miss a lot of the time but today's experience means we won't be going again. Service was rubbish. It was obvious the waiter didn't want to be there. Food was rubbish. Roasted potatoes buried under hot rocket so they were soggy mash rather than crispy and the main shoved under our nose before we had finished our starter. Tried to tell the waiter at the beginning we had a gift card from our son as an anniversary present but he did not want to know. This resulted in another major delay in paying our bill (the waiter ignored us repeatedly when we asked for it). Even the quality of the Limoncello is down the scale. Goodbye Carluccios hello again Loch Fyne.

Frequent visitor to Carluccios in Spitalfields and Fenwicks (Bond Streett) when previously owned. Visited Bluewater saturday 12 noon, no chicken, no Caesars Salad, settled for a Tuna Salad, Compacted Tuna ,and salad so stale it was obviously served first the previous day. so sad to see a formerly quality restaurant chain just reduced to a 'brand'

Such a disappointment! Carluccio Terminal 4, Heathrow Airport. No excuse. Bread I received was old, when pointed out, it was wormed up, but still old. 😊😊😊 Service- so poor that I can not explain with words. So, no rain to enter. 😞

Terrible service- unhappy miserable staff-bully customers into submission with their attitude- no regard for mental health and bad food- dreadful coffee and lazy

Online shop absolutely garbage. Sent dented tins of tomatoes with no expiry information
Nduja sausage paste had been contaminated and had some cling film under the lid. Disgraceful
3 emails to customer service and a Facebook post and no response

Quite often am visiting this place and every time having such a nice experience! Highly recommend it for any occasion! Been there last night as well for a drink and nibbles! Staff always friendly and really efficient! Food amazing as always!

The perfect evening! We booked in for 8 people after Chester Races for a special birthday meal. The restaurant was especially busy but our server Kaitlyn was an absolute STAR!✨ Such a hard working waitress, got us everything we needed very welcoming and tended to our every need. Lovely food and great atmosphere. Would recommend. Thank you 🥰

Carluccios - London St Pancras
Absolutely awful.
QR codes not working.
No table service - had to go to counter to order.
Insistent that optional service charge (as written on the menu as optional) wasn’t optional and refused to remove it.
Had the traditional breakfast which was probably the smallest breakfast that I’ve ever had, and everything was stone cold.
Ended up with food poisoning for the next 2 days.
Avoid at all costs, terrible.

Carluccio’s blessed us with a fantastic selection of breads and some elegant olive sauce. The pizza dripped with excellence and the jug of tap water provided me with the utmost satisfaction that one could ever receive in their life.

Made online booking for Carluccios Stratford on Avon for five people at 6.30 pm. When we arrived at 6.25 pm we were asked to wait for 15 minutes. Then the manager said she couldn't accommodate us because we had a buggy. I pointed out that there were five adults and I had booked for five. We then argued about the status of the children with me pointing out that one was a tiny six-week old baby and another a toddler; I e at most one extra small place would be needed. It transpired that only a four-place table had been designated for the five of us. It was suggested that all of us should go out (on a bitterly cold evening) and try our luck later when more places might be available. We left at this point! Beware of possibly similar experiences if you online book at this establishment !!

I have an e-gift card for Carluccio’s that does not seem to work online. I have tried to contact them via their website 5 times but never got a response.

The young lady who looked after us at Carluccio’s Richmond was great. Professional and very friendly. I had the chicken Milanese and it was supposed to come with slow roast tomatoes. It came with one raw tomato. I did flag it to one of the managers and I was impressed as I was not charged for the dish! The only issue was that 2 wines and a number of other drinks were not available although they were on the menu- we found alternatives -and we asked for a vin santo with cantuccine biscuits was not on the menu but they did manage to arrange this for me. I did have to ask for extra cantuccine biscuits which came for free again. This was excellent customer service. Off-menu requests were accommodated with a smile!

The food was great at richmond. The only thing is food takes a little bit but its very worth it. great taste. great food.

This was a last minute treat for my wife & I, as at the last minute we found ourselves child free…. Honestly with it being a Saturday night we didn’t expect to get a table but everyone was so polite, friendly & accommodating & everything, the food, the atmosphere & the whole dining experience at Carluccio’s Chichester were amazing. Thank you very much to everyone, at Carluccio’s in Chichester for making our very last minute treat one we will remember & one we will be repeating, as my wife has already decided what she wants next time…. So we will be back & we will return & enjoy another time at Carluccio’s. Thank You…

We went to bury st edmunds branch for breakfast order two breakfasts and two coffees , waited quite a while when my wife saw there has been two breakfasts on the counter, the waitress looked at them twice before she brought them to us , my wife got the wrong order and it was cold , she took it back and to get the right one , that sat on the counter for a long time so we got up paid for one meal two coffees and left , disgusting service won’t be going back.

Terrible time in the Wimbledon Village branch. Went in, waited for ages to get served. Called the waiter, said he was coming and then promptly served two other tables that came in after us. Ended up walking out!

Lunch for two at Southampton branch. Very busy, with staff working their socks off. Delicious mushroom soup, as always. But otherwise disappointing - a pretty awful steak (advertised as "served pink" on the menu but very over cooked) with nasty soft potatoes, and underdone fries. Coffee that never came so we cancelled. Felt sorry for the staff who were really doing their best - just not enough of them. I don't know how our lovely waitress stayed so cheerful and polite.
