For a company that touts luxury…

For a company that touts luxury comfort, these sheets are anything but. Described as akin to "sleeping in a hessian bag" by my partner and disappointingly uncomfortable every time I've used the sheets, despite following the care instructions to a tee, they do not get softer.

Further the company's service has really disappointed me between an incorrect order being sent, revoking my valid return after I paid $620 for two items and astoundingly not publishing my 2* star review on their product website! They clearly filter reviews below 4 stars which is appalling behaviour.
