Excellent communication throughout the buying and shipping process. I was a little disappointed that my vehicle arrived with the tires not holding air and the paint job was not as good as it looked in the pictures. Besides that, I would buy from carfomjapan again.

Very smooth experience and lots of help from Ms Jun throughout the entire process. Very happy with the car too.

The buying experience was wonderful. Communication was exactly what I would want and need from a service like this. Question were awnsered in detail and as quick as possible. Photos and videos were available of all angles of my car, car came with brand new fluids and intact.Mr Ken was wonderful and i will be using cars from japan again.

This was the first time I have imported a car and I was kept in touch through the entire process. I had any questions was answered by email in timely manner. You have one person who is with you by email though the entire process. Austin explained the process from the start so there is no surprises along the way.

I am pleased with my purchase! The van is in excellent condition and they made my first purchase easy, providing clear and precise guidance every step of the way. I will buy from them again.

The vehicle I purchased from Car From Japan was in very good condition. There no body damage or rust. The vehicle started right away. I have had no problems or issues with this purchase.
They also kept me informed and updated until the vehicle arrived at port of Freeport. I used a customs broker who had helped with some other customers. All the customs paperwork was completed and I had no problems clearing customs.

Process was very easy, customs can be tricky but there are tons of guides, they make their portion as seamless as possible, and are very quick and kind to answer any questions

The vehicle was painted Post photos. I would not of purchased the vehicle had it been painted. You misrepresented the vehicle by modifying it after photographing. By painting the vehicle you caused me a lot of extra work and effort to correct your poor painting efforts. Imagine getting something you didn't order. The communication along the buying process was great. I have purchased 3 other trucks from you. 2 have not yet arrived. One 2 Months later still has not been assigned to a Ship!? Shipping has become an issue lately.

I’ve purchased and received 2 kei trucks from Car From Japan and everything went very smooth. I’ve since ordered another truck and it will be arriving soon. I highly recommend if you’re going to buy a car or truck from Japan to use these guys.

Having never dealt with such a unique and intricate situation, I was a bit nervous to take on such a task. I had researched for hours and hours on how/where/why to buy a KEI Truck. Car From Japan had a clean and very simple website that got my attention. When I finally emailed and inquired for a vehicle, Mr.Ken responded quickly and walked me through all of my questions and concerns. There was an issue with the First vehicle I purchased had an engine issue which was not stated on the description. Mr.Ken alerted me of the issue and sent other possible options similar to what I had originally purchased. Once I found another one it was purchased shipped and delivered as promised.

Everything was super simple when ordering and the staff are very kind and helpful with your buying experience!

I had Mr. Austin as my agent, and he was wonderful! Any questions I had, he already had the response for me. Process was really easy, and I always got an update on my truck. I am looking forward to register my truck and start driving it on the road soon!

This is my second time buying from car from Japan - and it was as easy and seamless as the first!

Bought my second vehicle from them, Jun was always there for any questions, buyers need to factor in when buying, the process takes quite a few weeks to put the export paperwork together before the car leaves Japan then it’s around 6 weeks to the UK so expect 3 months.
