A proper family firm who knows their business inside out. Bernadette was absolutely brilliant, turned up when she said she would, was straight forward and honest and her experience was invaluable in ensuring we had a successful and stress free move. Brilliant form who we have used twice now and if we ever move again rest assured she will be the only person I contact.

I cannot recommend Care Removals highly enough - was impressed with the efforts of Hassan, Muhammad Tahla, Ali Shah and Qasim, who were incredibly hard working, professional & polite to a fault, and willing to go the extra mile. Hassan is a some kind of mathematical near-genius: how he managed to cram so much into a 95 sq ft storage unit was nothing short of astonishing!

The service carried out my items from London to south of Belgium in my own van (not shared). One of the few removals who actually did a video call before providing a quote. Professional and responsive team, with good insurance.
They provided me solid carton boxes and tapes as part of the removals.
The removal was quick as everything was packed already (less than 1h), same for the delivery.
Alam was always there to assist and reassure me when I had doubts.
I received my items within the timeframe they had provided.

Alam and his team were professional and made our move remarkably smooth and stress-free. They handled everything from packing to delivery with great care.

They were punctual, organised and worked efficiently. Throughout the process they were friendly, calm, and easy to communicate with, which really helped on what could have been a very stressful day.

Despite us not being on site in France, the delivery, on the 13th floor, was just as efficient, with everything arriving on time and in perfect condition. They followed our instructions and kept use updated until we could get there.

I recently booked Care Removals for a move from London, England to Hamburg, Germany and really appreciated their help with this.

Alam and his team were always kind, helpful and very professional and made the whole process very smooth and uncomplicated. I especially appreciated their fast and professional communication when it came to discussing additional moving needs, required documentation, timings, etc.

The offer they sent after sharing all details (tricky delivery to 5th floor etc.) and doing the inventory via video call also remained set and there were no additional charges or hidden costs, which was a huge relief and great for peace of mind.

The movers who picked up and delivered all my belongings were also very friendly, super efficient and extremely accommodating, taking great care so that none of my items got damaged. Overall I'm really really grateful to the entire team for making the move such a success.

Really recommend this removal service!! The three men were incredibly efficient and really easy to chat to. They took care in moving everything in and out of our property, and moved at speed. We'll definitely use again in the future!

Very very impressed with the service recieved by Care Removals & Storage Ltd.

They quoted arrival between 7am and 8am but they arrived at 9am however they let me know well in advanced that they would be running a little late due to traffic. I was also quoted the job could take all morning (4 to 5 hours) and they were finished in under 2 hours.

Once arrived they were able to wrap and pack everything on in around half an hour (and I have a lot of things to move) and once they arrived at the new house they were unbelievably efficient and considerate of where to put things and not scratch or ruin anything.

They also helped to fix a bookshelf (already broken) before moving everything.

I would highly recommend this company for a fast, efficient and considerate move!

I highly recommend using Care Removals and Storage Ltd. Not only was the price really competitive but the team that helped on moving day was outstanding. They worked quickly and efficiently moving items (some of which was bulky) down from the 2nd floor. The amount of energy they had to use. I applaud them! It was easy to communicate with Care Removals throughout the process as I had to change moving day a few times and they responded quickly to queries I had. They made everything simple and easy to understand whereas I found that other removal companies quote too many things which are not necessary for a house move.
