I’ve been really disappointed with my experience with Care Connect. The organisation talks a lot about supporting people and making things easier, but in reality it often feels slow and unresponsive. It can take a long time to get answers, and communication between staff and clients isn’t always clear. I expected a more proactive and coordinated approach, especially given how important home care support is for older people.
