Not a good experience
I was not treated in a respectful way by the personnel. Also the phone was exchanged to a new one instead of repaired as agreed. I lost a lot of my data on the phone and when I asked to get my old phone back to retrieve the data it had already been sent to Holland for recycling. The exchange to a new phone should have been agreed with me beforehand.
