Bought HF etbs in October.
Which was delayed to all company's every company then received theres and cardie still claims his were delayed after months of waiting they apparently arrived and he was shipping out. Then he gets ill (conveniently) so more delays i put a request with my bank 3 weeks later he tells the bank he has sent the product on that day.
I then waited for the parcel to arrive and it was product I did not want. Its like ordering a cooker and receiving some utensils a microwave a washing up bowl and some other crap.
He now says return it for a refund in 30 days but hasn't sent me shipping labels and I refuse to spend more money on this fool.
So after all the delays and rubbish and even saying product has arrived and shipping soon he never once received any HF etbs don't trust this company unless you have more money than sense
I pre ordered two 3-pack blisters a while ago. They were supposedly shipped in late march but I never recieved them and there was no tracking so I couldn't see where my items were. I tried to contact them several times and never got a reply. Only thing I ever heard from them was sob stories about the owner being sick, which was cleaely just a scam to keep people from filing a claim. I am so pissed about everything and wished I never ordered from them.
Terrible service, deceitful, bad communication skills. ordered 10 hidden fates ETB's October 10 20. 10 Months waiting. If you paid via debit paypal or bank account you have 180 days and 120 days for some banks. The company sends generic cut and paste emails to everyone to dupe people into going past there 180 and 120 days to ask for refund via paypal and banks,. Cardie will not respond to emails, messenger, or calls with no urgency. He will send you a generic cut and paste to tell you that he is sick, this goes on for 10 months, if he is that sick, refund everyone and close shop until medically fit to work. I took action using paypal credit under section 75 to open up a dispute for a refund or send me the correct product. Instead of refunding me he sends the incorrect product! Shining Fates ETB's! I then have to waste more time and send it back to him costing me more money to post it back. The items have now been delivered to him. He then wastes more time by not refunding me by not letting Paypal know it has been received. Most likely he is waiting till the last day. I am sure as you read this review you will notice all the other reviews by other people in similar or worse affairs than I, and Cardie will be replying with more Generic cut and paste replies to everyone's' bad reviews.

Whatever this company is replying with is not true. They are shipping out products that are way below the actual worth of items that I have purchased and now they are completely ignoring my emails or any possible communication. AVOID AT ALL COST
It makes me laugh how they are saying it is not true when I ak STILL waiting on my email for over months. Baffles me

I honestly don't know where to start with this company. I purchased a few products back in December ,they arrived 6 months later. I tried to return them and they ignored well over a hundred of my emails, I eventually returned them to Cardie, and still no refund. Worse customer service ever and most of the time you just get ignored. If it was possible I would give a 0 star review.

Worst company I have ever encountered. I ordered ETBs in October 2020. However, I received nothing. After chasing this up since Feb, I get excuse after excuse. One week the owner is ill, another week he has had car issues, another week he hasn't had time to send out the orders. It is a lie as he gives different excuses to different customers. This has been proven.
What is more shocking is that he has done this to 60-100 other customers. He has even been called out on Facebook with hundreds of customers being scammed by him. I am shocked this man is still scamming people.
Someone has even located his home address and personal details. I am against this but many people are angry. People are taking him to court. He is a very bad man and scammer.
Avoid him (Matthew) and his company Cardie (type in google to find).
He may change the name of his business to scam others once again.
As you can see he has bad reviews all over trustpilot.
He is in big trouble and is apparently investigation. He is known in all the UK Pokemon Groups as lying and never sending products.
Avoid.

Completely useless unfort. Pre ordered items that never came communication was abysmal. Will never order from Matt again. Completely unreliable and full of lies of mysterious dispatch emails that never happened. Run from this company.

Honestly one of the most pathetic and dishonest people I've ever dealt with, a criminal if anything. Ordered two HF ETBs in October 2020, now July 2021 and I still haven't had a thing. He's ignored all emails, Facebook messages, text messages, eBay messages until he eventually blocked me like the coward that he is. A thief, a scammer and a liar. Never trust this POS and avoid at all costs.

Product ordered 7 months ago, still hasn't arrived and I have had no actual response from them, apart from the newsletters of the owner trying to make excuses. No excuse he can make up warrants the product being 7+ months late

I have been trying to cancel my orders for weeks. Those were orders and actual preorders. They never replied to my emails and just sent. They have been sent without my consent after 4 months.
Problem : I have since moved out and I cannot track those orders or know if they have been delivered. They still don't answer. Avoid at any cost.

Placed a pre-order at the end of November for Shining Fates, it's now May 22nd and I still haven't received it, was promised an email update from the owner on the 10th of May but have had nothing since, regrettably have had to open a paypal case to try and get my money back.
Avoid like the plague!

I made an order at the begining for november 2020 for a pokemon card bundle.
The first part of the order came fine but as one part was delayed I paid extra to have the main part posted to me then and the rest to follow.
In the mean time I made two other orders, a pre order for shining fates and a pre order for battle styles.
In the run up to shining fates everything was delayed (thats fine out of cardies hands) but even though I ordered as soon as orders went up he could not confirm if I would be receiving any.
This went on for multple weeks leading up to release day until I had had enough of the AWFUL communication and I cancelled the order, though it took days for him to send my refund.
The exact same thing happened with battle styles, but when I requested to cancel that also I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund and only store credit! (like I would ever want to shop there again!)
Apparently his pokemon cards are "custom printed" for him and as a bespoke product I couldn't be refunded.
Which is nonsense, pci do not print for him! he eventually agreed to refund after I jokingly mentioned my lawyer (who is about as real as his!)
At this point it has been almost 6 months and I was STILL waiting for my missing etb plus.
Other stores had them and had sent them out, but he guaranteed it would be dispatched the following friday.
Friday came and went and surprise another delay apparently!
I opened a paypal case on the monday, which he responded to by making a tracking number.
I received my etb plus on the thursday as he had gone and bought one from somewhere else.
It was damaged but by this point I had had enough and just wanted to be done.
I was lucky, I eventually got my refunds and my *damaged items.
