The company was fast efficient made sure I had a great teacher who’s mannerism was so pleasant. She installed confidence in me and was very reassuring. if I ever go a long time with out driving I wouldn’t hesitate to get a refresher from the company

Susan Rossouw has been incredible!!! As well as being completely organised and communicative with schedules and procedures. The constant support and positive vibrant personality she has been outstanding!! She is a real asset and a complete example of amazing customer service!!! I will be recommending Susan to any new drivers I know!!!

I was in search of an instructor to get my UK driving license and I Came across Carcaptain by chance. Researching it it was exactly what I needed. It offered intense courses for shorter periods of time so you get your license quickly. When I called I had the liberty of speaking to Susan who was so friendly and reassuring I had to go ahead and book. I was then put onto instructor Renu. Renu came with great positivity, knowledge, fun, and patience. With the expertise of these 2 ladies a managed to pass my theory and practical driving tests at first attempt. I am so grateful to them.

Car Captain was a really friendly and fast company when it came to finding me an instructor and starting my lessons straight away, they also messaged me to remind me of my test daye with a goodluck message and links on how to prepare. My instructor was Bala, he is really friendly and easy going, with such a short amount of time (2 weeks) to bed test ready he pushed me to bring out that inner confidence and have you test ready in time. Which resulted in me passing my test first time.

Really helpful through the whole process. I had a bad instructor the first time who stopped showing up..car captain immediately found me a replacement (Kabir Ahmed)- an excellent instructor who helped me pass first time! His car was clean and easy to learn in. Thank you Kabir!!

I had an amazing experience with Ahmed and CarCaptain.
I wanted to get my license before I went back to university and CarCaptain delivered just that. With a 5-day intensive driving course, I passed my practical test at the first try!
CarCaptain helped with everything from booking an instructor near me to booking my practical exam in such a short period of time. I sent an enquiry last Wednesday and the Friday after (9 days later) I had my license!

Ahmed gave such amazing tips and reference points, last year I couldn't bay park at all but now have mastered it. (Along with all the other manoeuvres).

Ahmed took me through some of the past test routes to make sure I was completely prepared and I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Responsive & practical administration with excellent, calm & expert driving instructor. Would recommend this service to others but just be clear about your needs. The instructors used can be very busy ( probably because they are very good) - it can be a bit tricky if you need more time/lessons. Yolanda was very helpful trying to organise lessons/tests/availability & easy to contact via phone or email. Tanveer was calm & patient - able to provide consistent & straightforward explanations- a brilliant teacher. Thank-you both

I am so happy to recommend Carcaptain to be anyone's first choice for driving tuition.
My daughter did not pass 1st time, however with this wonderful family run business, every attention to Nicole was given. Nicole enjoyed all her lessons, my daughter grew in confidence and kept her anxiety in check. She learnt to drive in reasonable good time.
When Nicole did pass her test, she did so ready to drive and able to drive well.
I feel choosing Carcaptain was good value for money because no price can be put on increasing your child's confidence and helping them to acquire the necessary skills to move forward in their life.

Excellent and professional service I passed first time with Kabir driving instructor.

I called Carcaptain on a Friday afternoon, and by the following Tuesday I had started lessons. The Thursday after that I passed my practical test with only two minors, which was pretty much miraculous. Jacqui and Yolanda at the Carcaptain office were really friendly and helpful, and I felt they really cared about the outcome of my test. They also got it booked in at short notice exactly at the right time. Theepa, my instructor, was fantastic - she really made driving fun and was flexible and helpful. Can’t believe I have passed! Thank you all so much!

I highly recommend Car Captain, all thanks to Susan who was extremely helpful throughout the whole learning-to-drive experience and easy to get in contact with, along with the fantastic Ahmed who was a miracle worker in teaching me to drive.
If I ever thought I couldn’t do something or was getting frustrated, he would always know to reassure me and guide me through the entire process of nailing something down.

I give them my biggest thanks and would definitely suggest that you use their skills to your advantage!

Amazing!

Ms Rossouw has been very helpful and accomodating throughout the process and Mr Agron as my driving instructor has been beyond expectations, getting me to drive, get the right automatisms and correct me on bad habits and be confident enough to pass the test.

I highly recommend Carcaptain, feels like a little family and they make you feel very comfortable.Anyone says otherwise, don't listen, it's impossible with this two genuine and kind people.

I never could or would of passed if it wasn't for Carcaptain and especially Gerry, my driving instructor. He kept me going when i couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. He always believed in me when I did not, all of this joint together made me pass first time!!! I didn't think I could but I did. Carcaptain are good with responses and gave me uo to date practice help with my theory test, which i passed first time too. Highly recommended driving school, decent prices for everything you get to learn a life long skill. Thank you Carcaptain.

Im giving car captain 5star rating for the customer service i recieved with the employees jaqui and susan. Also my driving instructor Agron!!!! Jacqui and susan were really helpful in every way i failed my test twice and they booked my resits really quickly whicg i was happy about. My driving instructor agron was really good at teaching me everything he helps in everyway as a friend and as an instructor. If you decide to work with car captain you better ask for agron he is amazing and knows how to take you to a professional level of driving. I passed my test finally and im so grateful for the support i recieved at car captain. One negative for me personally was i felt it was expensive because im poor and i didnt really check other places to compare prices. Although its expensive they do book ur test for you so its hassle free getting ur test done theory aswell. I would 100% recommend car captain. Special thanks to Agron, Jaqui and Susan.
