It is unfortunate that I bought the Titanium Fibonacci Glow Ring (green) with high hopes and expectations. The photos on their website are misleading. Understandably, businesses have a need to edit and polish photos of their product to entice customers. However, it is a disservice for everybody involved, when the product is not as advertised. I have had the ring for over two weeks, and there are several points I would like to expound on.

Edge - The ring exterior edges are quite prominent. Although it's not enough to cut, it is uncomfortable and I am always cognizant of its presence (e.g., playing with the ring, holding hands, gliding against a soft surface). I am always concerned about the damage the ring could cause on soft materials, such as the leather steering wheel. Hence, I seldomly wear the ring. The photos on their website, presents it with the edge slightly chamfered. However, it is non-existent and imperceivable on the actual ring. A major dislike among others.

Finish - The finish on the titanium parts are diametrically opposed to the photos on their website. In the photos, the titanium portions are presented with a black/dark gray polished finish. However, the actual ring presents the familiar silvery gloss of polished metal. The expectation was a black titanium ring contrasted with the green glow-in-the-dark polymer, which brings us to the next point.

Luminescence - Once again, we are reminded that the product is not as advertised. The photos on the website illustrate a nice green hue of the glow-in-the-dark (GITD) polymer, contrasted by the black sophisticated titanium ring. However, in a lit environment, the polymer’s color resembles that of light jade green. In my experience, the best way to charge the GITD is with a super bright flashlight. Despite this, it is extremely short-lived in a lit setting. Only in a completely dark environment does this glow noticeably with a beautiful green color.

Despite all its flaws, the ring is a pretty neat trinket, especially for those who have an appreciation for all things luminous. In addition, the ring size is true to what I was measured at a local jeweler. Also, I appreciate the company’s exchange/return policy with a lifetime warranty. I find it to be very reasonable and generous. Moreover, I respect companies that stand behind their products. Overall, this ring is okay. The concept is good, but the execution is somewhat off.

Nice ring ordered wrong size and yet half got an email 2 weeks after said send email or error hopefully they see this comment so I can wear the right size and not loose a expensive ring...

Delivered a purplue Halo ring (luminescent) to Spain in 14 days. Excelent client service though mail answering any and all questions I had regarding my ring. It came with a small UV light to test it out although I recomend you to get one a bit more powerful. Perfect.

I love both my carbon6 rings, they hold the glow for such a long time. When I sleep with them on its almost too bright sometimes. They are wonderful rings and feel so very comfortable.

I've bought 5 rings from you for my wife and I. I broke 2 carbon fiber rings. That should never have broken. But still love the glow look. So just bought the titanium ones and will see if they hold up.

I had a great experience ordering my fiance's ring! Happy on so many levels with this purchase! My clueless self ordered the wrong ring size and when I realizedwhat I had done, not only was I mortified but needed to get the right size right away because as soon as my guy saw his ring he thought it was the greatest thing ever and who wants to have to take that kinda gift back right?!?! Ghezzz, amazing customer service, they quickly worked with me to get the ring exchanged for the correct size!
He now has the correct size ring and thinks it's the coolest thing ever that it glows! He makes sure to show everyone!

I've looked at this company for many years and always knew what I wanted. I finally made my purchase and read that if I was in a time crunch to email them. Well I did and they did everything in there power to get it to me fast even made it to me a week before. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I'm considering buying a different ring. You guys are the best

The ring is gorgeous and the hubby loves it. But it was disappointing that there was no faster shipping method available (not even for those like myself willing to pay the extra fee). I even called and left several messages to ask if ot was possible and never heard back from anyone.
