Products that I ordered were eventually delivered after a lengthy delay. I did receive a call to explain the reasons behind this. However the price advertised and originally paid was doubled in order to secure supply. Obviously this isn't great.

I ordered parts from this company and paid extra to get in 1/2 days turned up late if I new this I could of ordered elsewhere cheaper would definitely avoid this company now i have a unhappy customer and haven’t heard anything from this company

Made an order, the money was removed from my credit card. I was then told they could not supply the part and I cannot contact anyone to get a refund after 10 working days. No answer on the contact number, no reply to E-mails.

Well apart from the initial hiccup where the panel I wanted showed "in stock" but was actually out of stock, you did manage to inform me promptly and rectify the situation. Apart from that, all good.

Excellent service and prompt response to order queries

Absolutely poor customer service, ordered my bonnet on a Saturday and you pay for 1-2 day delivery, OK it was a bank holiday Monday so gave them until Wednesday, called and finally got through to be told yes its here ready to be shipped today, after 2 working days. Should have it at the latest Friday. Again nothing called on Monday as not open weekends, to be told yes we have sent it, still at this point no tracking info. Wednesday comes and I request a refund as no bonnet of tracking info. He finally sends me tracking info but that was a waste of time as all it said was in progress, after slot of phoning back and forth he finally tells me it's at a delivery depot 20 miles away if I want to go and collect it after bull about lorries breaking down. So I went to collect it as desperate for the bonnet after 2 weeks. I then call him to discuss a bit of good will refund as I had to do a 60 mile round trip to get the package I paid delivery to my home address for. And now he will not return my calls, messages and emails. DO NOT USE THEM.

There was a back order on the panel I ordered, fortunately I wasn't in a rush for it as nowhere else had one. They were constantly chasing it up and kept me informed. When the panel did arrive it was well packaged, good quality and a great fit! Great service.
