Never bought a car online before. This experience was so good I wonder if I will ever buy any other way. Everyone in Car 360 was polite and helpful. No one ever claimed not to know about my purchase. The part exchange deal was favourable, the paperwork was clear, everything was done smoothly. There was a slight hitch with delivery but they worked around it and the delivery was punctual, the driver pleasant and well informed and the car itself was in great condition and exactly as described. I feel I got a really good deal and I would definitely go to them again.

Dealt with Chase from start to finish and the experience was exceptional.
I had several specific questions over the course of the purchase and each was answered in detail and with courtesy.
Car delivered on time, on date as agreed and is excellent. I was nervous about not being able to see the car initially but the car was as described.

Customer service from the very first initial enquiry phone call —> right throughout the selection and purchase process was excellent!!!
One tiny issue with the car upon arrival, rear tyre pressure sensor not working, but they said they will assist me in getting this put right.
The car itself was spotless, A++++ condition, sparkling clean when arrived.
Overall, the whole experience with car360 was a breeze. Traded in my car, they gave me a very good price for it, arranged collection and delivery, and have a 7 day test drive money back guarantee, but I like this new car too much to send it back.

Absolutely fantastic service from Car360 from start to finish.

There were a few unexpected issues found during the vehicle checks which unfortunately delayed the delivery of my car by around six weeks. However, throughout the whole process, the team went above and beyond to make things right. They kept me updated, made sure I wasn’t left out of pocket, and even provided me with transport whilst I waited for my car to be ready.

Their customer service and professionalism genuinely stood out, and it was clear they cared about making sure everything was right before handing over the vehicle.

More than appreciative of all the help and support they provided in helping me find and secure my dream car. Highly recommend Car360 to anyone looking for a company that truly looks after its customers.

I have to admit, buying a car i hadn't seen isn't something i would normally do, but reading the reviews around car360 i decided to take the plunge. My sales consultant was Ellie and i have to admit she remained positive and very attentive to my 1000 questions. Nothing phased her and the turn around of any questions either verbal or via email was ultra quick. They have fine honed the need for swift comms with this type of selling model. Pick up was a super experience with Tom taking us through the PX process and basic ev functions. Considering the turn around of vehicles we didn't feel rushed at all. After sales was also excellent as i had 1 minor issue. All sorted again with super communication by Izzy. All in all an excellent experience and will recommend to family & friends. Totally thrilled with my purchase based on the fact that the EV was very competitively priced and also had a hassle free PX deal. I cant rate them highly enough. Well done to all the people i connected with.

Great service from start to finish. I was scepticle about buying a car without seeing it in person first but I'm converted. You do see the care in a private showroom when you pickup anyway. Whole proccess was excellent.

The car itself is subject to a 7 day trial but apart from a few unexpected scratches appears to be exactly as advertised.

Car360 are an excellent company to do business with, from day one Harry was very polite and helpful, I had a hiccup with the finance company but it was sorted no issues, delivery was on the day they promised and the car was exactly as the advert suggested, I would highly recommend Car360, anyone with concerns about buying online, don't be, this is an honest hard working company with excellent staff.

Searched for an EV for a while before coming across car360. Read plenty of reviews and reddit posts before contacting them.

The entire process was really smooth and Danveer was was really helpful throughout the process.

Customer service with Chase was generally good.
Delivery was disappointing. I was told delivery was going to be between 4pm-5pm, actual delivery time was 7.15pm.
The key fob is broken, and there is only 1.
There is no 3 pin charger.
There is no log book.
The explanation of the vehicle was brief, probably because it was so late and the driver wanted to get home.
