I bought my car from car360 and couldn’t recommend them enough. Harry was the acting sales executive and he was fantastic. He replied to any enquiries I had in no time and kept me updated on the process of the car until the day it was delivered. Customer service was brilliant throughout the whole process. No hassle, no hidden costs. Will defo use again in the future and would go to Harry for any advice. 5/5 stars.

I was skeptical initially as not come across their business model before, but I have to say from the first moment we spoke to Dan at Cannock on the phone, til we picked the car up it was all a smooth and steady process. The car was great and as advertised and right now we are extremely happy.

Great service from Spencer. Everything was very easy and communication via messages and email was excellent. I was wary of buying online but the process was really simple and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Danny was brilliant from start to finish - no pushy sales a really comfortable buying experience. Delivery driver was A* called night before to say what time he would be arriving and arrived exactly when he said he would very polite and informative.

Great experience, swift process, vehicle presented online accurately and condition matched the images. Efficient paperwork and good finance APR rates compared with some other offers on the market. Had the vehicle for a few days now, no technical issues or faults. Great experience.

The car was as described and prepared well. Our sales person was Danny who was friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the relaxed, no pressure approach which will mean they will get repeat business from me and others. Exceptional customer service from Danny, put up with all my questions and indecisiveness! I was enquiring at other dealers for similar vehicles at the same time and the difference in the service and responsiveness I got from Car360 was night and day.

Love the fact they provide a battery report as standard which made it a lot easier to purchase with confidence. Our new EV was delivered to our home and was in immaculate condition and a decent amount of charge, the driver was very friendly and helpful in showing me how everything worked. Will 100% be using Car360 again when it comes to replacing our second car.

I was searching for a particular electric car for some time and eventually came across one online at car360. I hadn’t heard of this company so spent a while looking at their feedback which was very positive. I eventually put a holding deposit down on the car and was then contacted by Spencer who would handling my enquiry.
I had a number of questions and queries which were answered and i eventually decided to proceed with the transaction. A handover date was agreed and money changed hands. When I arrived early to collect my car I met Dave who was also excellent, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. He also answered a number of queries and helped me with the handover process. The car was as described and immaculately prepared so my concerns about dealing with a remote company were immediately allayed. The car was fully charged as agreed and when Dave was happy that I had gone through everything with him I departed with a big grin on my face. I then received a follow up call 48 hours later to check that I was still happy. These guys are good and I would not hesitate to use them again so i fully recommend them. Thank you 😊

This was a great experience! We usually hate buying cars and visiting showrooms but this was a much more pleasant experience and seamless too. Such great help from Ellie at 360 and a lovely driver who delivered the car.

Had a really great experience from start to finish with Car360. My husband used them in the past and we've both had good experiences. Spencer was great from the beginning with going through the whole process and providing all the info etc and he always kept me updated and was there when I had any questions. The delivery and part-exchange process was really straightforward, and I felt I got a good price for my car, and a good deal for my new one. The member of staff who delivered my car kept me updated with times, and showed me all the features. Aftersales were good too, as I had one very minor issue and they were prompt to contact me. A great experience from start to finish. It’s always a little scary buying online but Danny was super helpful and explained everything including the part exchange process for my old vehicle. John who dropped the car to us was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything has been very smooth and the new car is exactly as described. Would recommend
