Unfortunately I don't have a good opinion.When I tried to order a pizza through the app unfortunately it couldn't be done then I ordered through the website but unfortunately it also failed. And after about 20 minutes I saw an email that the pizza couldn't be ordered because the website doesn't work either and that I have to call to place an order so that's what I did I waited about 40 minutes for delivery then it turned out that one pizza wasn't the one I ordered so I phoned them again with complaints but they said I had to make mistake it’s not their fault
I’m sure I didn’t order Hawaiian pizza because I hate that kind of pizza.
But finally they agreed to change and I returned the wrong one and they gave me correct one.

I used to love their pizza, but it's turned into nasty frozen pizza bases, cold, missing items,s never a refund, nothing, even when they don't even give you the food you ordered I just don't understand how my got to pizza takeaway as turned into this FROME

If you’re vegan or ‘plant based’, avoid this place at all costs. The meatless feast pizza I ordered was inedible and one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I couldn’t even finish one slice of pizza. Now UberEats is refusing to refund my order despite the awful quality and 98% of the pizza being uneaten. Unacceptable.

Deep fried pizza bruv, could have been better if they put the cup if oil on the side and I drink it. The guys are scratching themselves no hygiene. Dont order from high Wycombe one!

Order pizza deal from Caprinos pizza Reading but one get one free. The pepperoni pizza hardly had any pepperoni on it, so called the resturant and he did not even listen and started to argue which than quickly changed to bad words from the takeaway side.

Lovely pizza reminds me ABIT like dominos,but way less to pay,always arrived hot for me I've had from there like 5 times never failed

Really bad customer service from Caprinos in Northwich. They first sent me the wrong pizza they sent me a pepperoni when I ordered a margarita. The driver asked if I would just like to keep this pizza (I am a vegetarian). They then took over 45minutes to deliver the new pizza which was the wrong size and freezing cold by this time the hot desert I ordered was freezing. I phoned them and asked if they would at least have offer a £2.99 refund for the desert they declined. They did not offer to send a warm pizza, warm desert correct pizza size a voucher, a refund nothing. They were very happy to loose my custom.
Awful customer service - Northwich.

I ordered my pizza online and the price stated £9.99
I went through to completion to pay and the Order total had changed to £10.49…….apparently there is a “service charge” of 50p that is not mentioned prior
This is against U.K. law and quite frankly i do not know how they keep getting away with breaking the law and charging customers more than the stated price
I will never use this company again

Very cold pizza

Charged 10.49 for a 9.99 pizza. 50 pence surcharge that comes up after you've agreed to pay. Which brakes uk law. I collected the pizza, did I pay you to cook it for me?

Very odd thin pizza that I can see through if I put it up to the window.

Soggy thin crust that appears to be fried and crispy underneath.

14 bits of pepperoni on a 10 slice pizza.

I won't be back.

Shocking customer service. Had message saying enjoy your food almost an hour before it arrived…. Called twice, very rude on phone. Food not all that and wasn’t hot. Cheaper than Domino’s but you get what you pay for.

I got a cookie dough it came out and it looked like rabbit poo

Took over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I had to call the restaurant as they marked my food as delivered before I had even left the restaurant (they said it was an accident). I asked if my food would be frssh and hot, to which they affirmed it would be.
Over an hour later my food arrives, all of it was cold. I order a wrap, chips, and wings, all of it was cold. It was horrible. The meat was dry and tasted like it had been sat under the heat lamp exposed for ages. The chips were soggy and cold, and the wings were stringy, cold and tasted like low end supermarket budget wings.
Won't be going here again.

So rocket joes was closed and I was a little drunk so though I’d order from here, the size of this pizza is as small as a water drain for your house, 6 pieces must be the size of the 4 pieces with no difference, decent taste to the pizza but £9 for something smaller than my nans hip replacement is criminal
