Do never buy those cheap watches, the reviews are fake. They are forcing people to put 5 star reviews, otherwise no refund.

A beautiful watch and surprisely good quality! I've been travelling around Australia and was wearing the watch 24/7, in the shower, while sleeping, in the Ocean and even while working on a farm by blueberry picking😳😂 but it still looked amazing and worked and no discoloration!
I'm impressed! For this money this high quality, I just love it!😍 And they always give answer to all your question ans are really kind! :-)

So, where to start except to say that this is probably one of the worst online shopping experiences I had so far. I bought a watch from Capitola around the start of this month and it took over THREE whole weeks for it to arrive despite the website stating that it'll take 10 days maximum. To be honest, the long waiting time would still be forgivable in my opinion (due to covid) if not the fact that the watch I got for my SISTER 1) was somehow engraved with MY name instead of HERS despite me making very, very sure that I wrote it correctly and 2) is of VERY CHEAP, AWFUL quality!!!! Seriously, I was shocked when I picked it up from the packaging and looked it over. It does not feel at ALL like I spent 60 bucks of my own currency on it. Honestly, I'm looking at it now, and I'm not sure if it's even working?? How am I supposed to give this garbage to my sister? I can't tell you how angry and cheated I feel right now.

After looking around online and looking through their instagram, I've also noticed that they tend to delete negative comments off their page-- which is a HUGE red flag for any company. I'm actually starting to think that the only reason why they have somewhat "good" ratings at first glance is because they've been bribing tons and tons of random influencers, because I've noticed that all the customers that've praised their products always end off with trying to plug a discount code. Just an observation, but until they prove otherwise, that's what I'm inclined to believe.

Anyway, I've emailed the company and also messaged their instagram directly in hopes to get a refund. I haven't gotten any reply yet, and I'm not sure if I should hold onto any hope to, but we'll see.

Warning: STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED LIKE ME. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Customer service has a lot of space to improve: ignoring customer emails, not confirming about received returns- wasting my time to write claim to the post office, to cancel it after refund (arrived after review...) Is it so difficult to confirm the item was received and to solve the situation...It takes ages to get an answer or you will not get it at all.

Ordered the rose gold/silver square faced watch, arrived yesterday, love it, exactly as in picture, beautiful, would definitely buy from here again and soon, delivery within 12 days from ordering, and tool supplied to adjust strap, brilliant service and quality for the price. This watch is beautiful,far beyond my expectations. The quality is outstanding. It comes beautifully packaged and includes extra links plus the tools to do it with. I definately will be buying another.

I ordered the watch on December 23, 2019, I sent a letter with the track codes which still does not work, the watch has not arrived, the site support has not been responding for a week. The clock does not come for more than a month and the site says that it goes 6-7 days. As a result, the money was not returned and the watch did not come. If anyone is interested, I can send all screenshots of the correspondence

a clock is beautiful, a strap is sewn qualitatively, the size of circumference of hand changes and fixed well. there was protective tape on glass.

I own 2 Watches from Capitola and I honestly feel comfortable enough to say that I love them and they’ve became my everyday watches to wear with anything. I love the minimalist design, they’re durable, and not forget that they’re affordable for everyone. I love the brand as a whole and i will continue to buy more watches from them.
