Ordered some olive oil 6th June not arrived! Have chased via email and no reply to date! Not the best experience so far!

Ordered my products over a week ago for next day delivery. Still no delivery. Emailed them three or four times no response. ain't no number to contact them. Very very disappointed. I Will be contacting my bank to report them cuz I've had no response so far. No delivery no tracking. Very disappointed.

I contacted customer services through email , they said my order will be with me on 26 nov Tuesday … waiting for my order … will update soon regarding that … hoping everything goes well …

Avoid this company!
My order arrived about a week late and was literally thrown onto my doorstep by the delivery person. Packaging was ramshackle - a random, tatty crisp box hastily taped shut. Alarm bells started to ring even before l opened it.
Inside was a disaster area. There were about 40 tomatoes, packed in paper bags and thrown around the box. The bags were soaking wet from where the tomatoes had been thrashed around. And all of the them were clearly past their best - squishy, over-ripe and good for nothing.
The yogurt was bashed too and leaking. And the avocados grey inside.
A complete shambles of a company! I immediately tried to call but all phone lines were down. Emailed twice and had no response. Thank goodness l paid with Amex. They have disputed the charge and will take it up with the company on my behalf.

The order was missing items, and the mozzarella and cottage cheese had already turned. There has been no response from the company to the email sent about the missing items or cheese that had turned. Photos where sent how the parcel came. Seems this company doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. If something goes wrong, just ignore it. They will go away in the end. Will be applying to my bank to have the money returned. If you live outside there delivery area don't order from this company. Customers satisfaction is not guaranteed.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this company. The representatives were arrogant and unsupportive, making it clear that they didn't care about my concerns. To make matters worse, their products were overpriced and could be found cheaper elsewhere. What's more, their delivery times were consistently unreliable, and I was still expected to pay for the shipping, even when my items didn't arrive on time. It seemed like they made promises they didn't intend to keep, yet still expected customers to adhere to their policies. My experience was a disaster, and I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. I definitely will not be making any future purchases from them.

Placed an order on the 05/02/24 and paid for next day delivery, still haven’t received my items and all forms of contact with the company from emails, online chat and even through the shop app and didn’t get a single reply. The also said the items were dispatched with a tracking number that doesn’t even work and parcel force said it didn’t exist. Avoid this seller at all costs. Will be contacting my bank to try and get a refund and flag them as fraudulent

Good products but slow and expensive delivery

I have still not received this order , have replied to the company as requested if problems arose but NO reply.

Website says next day delivery. It is in fact not. And have not been contacted to be updated with where my delivery is

Did not received the goods (2x25kgmaris piper potatoes). Sent an email, but no reply.
Not recommended in my opinion.

Lovely fresh fruit and veg delivered really quickly

Did not deliver my order next day as promised and paid for. Or even the next day after that! Can’t get in touch via phone call, and email hasn’t been responded to. Disappointing!

superb cheese and excellent value for money. good quick service

Order Romenesco cauliflower. Money even paid for next day delivery £8.0. No delivery received next day. After chasing next day received an email that it's not available. Still waiting for the refund.
