I appreciated the timeliness from beginning to end. The in-between email notifications were definitely appreciated. This was my 1st time using this company. The reason I decided to try you out was because another company I was using, was very disingenuous during my last transaction, which was this very photo that your company did. I was pleased with the finished product, however, I think it could have been a tad bit lighter as the background appears darker than the original photo. As long as this company continues with total transparency, you will have my business going forward.
