Canopy Airport Parking Reviews 

We waited several minutes beyond the norm as we watched as many as 3 other parking spot van drivers pull up and drive away.
Otherwise staff was friendly, but very short handed, as everyone seemingly is these days.

Always the best value and I know my car is safe undercover. I always get a little nervous about the wait time for a shuttle but it always works out and I understand the staffing issues they face.

Recommend you wait to be picked up on the West side of DIA. We waited on the East side and waited over an hour. They tend to not send many non-filled vans over to the East.

First time user and the process was very easy to use from making a reservation to getting picked up at airport.

Your service at Denver International Airport is GREAT! Our pickup and return were perfect. However, the condition of your lot, i.e. the potholes are horrible. You could break an axle if you are not careful. You need to do some long needed maintenance.

Easy entrance/ scanning process. Shuttle had a few more people to pick up then usual but driver was fast and efficient.

Everything was good from reservation, access to facility, delivery & Pickup at Airport and back to car

Easy access, clear directions to park. Covered parking wad really full but found a space fairly easily. Shuttle pick up was immediate. When arrived back, shuttle arrived quickly, dropped off at my car. All was good.

Everything was great! Helpful attendant, driver was very informative in where to catch the return shuttle, car was ready when I returned. I requested a wash and it was great inside and out. Only issue was the Armour All or whatever solution was used on the tires oversprayed all over the nice clean car and paint was oily so I had to wash it off the car.

This is the lowest I have ever rated Canopy Airport Parking. Two things that caused the rating. 1. Driver was not able to lift any luggage. Causing several people with multiple luggage to 'do for themselves'. Not a good situation. 2. Parking or navigating the parking lot has become extremely hazardous. Please fix the numerous pot-holes.

Parking was fine, however I have a Tesla and the electric car parking was super confusing. I found the juice stations ok, but there was only one cable and some extension cords. I didn’t want to plug my cable into an extension cord cause I figured someone would steal it and they aren’t cheap.

The quality of the road and parking surfaces is deteriorating noticeably. It will soon be absolutely necessary to fully repair all of that.

I left my vehicle at Canopy before so I was confident it would be safe during the two weeks I was in Europe. I paid for covered parking to ensure my vehicle was protected from the elements. The price was fair and I wasn’t concerned about my vehicle during my trip.
