I understand if you’re partnering with new companies and what not. But you need to be prepared when that change comes. It is very clear to me that you weren’t and that to me is very very frustrating as a customer. It is not okay for there to be ‘short’ delays for medication for pain, discomfort or mental health issues. Those are time sensitive things. Let alone lie and say it is a ‘short’ delay when you know it is not. I sincerely hope your company has learned from this and does better in the future. I personally cannot wait any longer as my pain is severely affecting my day to day life without medication. Goodbye Candor. L

Absolutely horrendous service ever since the CDA takeover. What used to be an amazing service, has been reduced to a nightmare experience. I feel so sorry for candor OG patients who've been treated like they're just another number. The wait times for just a reply is abysmal. I just want to organise a check up without a month wait or a discharge letter, but can't even get a reply to questions. Do yourself a favour and leave this company. Profit over people it seems.

Candor is replying to all these bad reviews but can’t even reply to my message about having to wait over a week to even just BOOK a consult after my script ran out. Gone too long without medication now so I’m changing providers. Candor has gone to shit.

2 it's been a week since I submitted my prescription renewal and I still don't even have a timeframe for when I will be able to BOOK a consult, not the consult itself, just booking it...
in comparison, just a few months ago they would take less than 24h, it would take me a couple of days from submitting the form to being able to order again. (it WAS stellar service)
Please stay away and use another provider for your own good.
To the candor team: Could you provide me at least with a timeframe so I know if I need to go switch to alternaleaf asap?

The wait times and lack of useful communication is ridiculous. Paid for my consult a week ago and have received zero updates besides those written from a cold and basic script (That or they use AI to write their responses). Tried every available avenue (including direct emailing the nurse manager which was slower to respond than everyone else) on the website to get a meaningful answer on current wait times. I expressed my medical situation and my personal need to get a script renewal ASAP before my supply runs out and its like they didn't even read it

Terrible company.
Responses from support take forever so trying to get something resolved can take weeks. I paid a $60 consultation and received two scripts of one product and was asked to do a check up consultation after 2 weeks. Not being told I would have to pay $60 again. The script I got I could only get delivered so I had to pay extra. Dr was very nice which seemed to be the only positive but just to get a drs appointment I waited almost 2 months! Would not recommend. Very disappointing.

Haven’t gotten a reply for days I’m due for my scripts paid the consult and can’t even get a msg back.
Not a new customer either..I don’t understand candor used to be awesome. Is really going down hill.

Terrible experience. You go through the online intake, they don’t give you an estimate date or deadline to have your appt. You must pay without any further information. After 1 month of NOTHING, I asked for an appt or my money back. They did not even bother to book an appt and said I would be refunded within a few days. It has been 13 days and no refund!!

Used to be great. Been a patient since 2023.
I've been without medication for a week now and they just ghost my messages. Eventually got a consult and the doctor asked me a question through chat only to turn off the chat and now they just ghost all my emails and messages. Super frustrating considering I've spent thousands whith them. I guess they only care about numbers. Trying to switch over to horizon but them ghosting my emails and messages makes it impossible to get a discharge letter. Been a literal nightmare.its a shame because they used to be great.

I was an existing customer/patient and since my scripts ran out they have been non contactable and they even took 59 dollars from me for my checkup and I have received no contact. I can't get a discharge letter either. It has been 1 month now. I am in so much pain right now and cannot sleep either. I cannot eat properly. This is malpractice and theft. I am going to the ombudsman now.

I am yet another person who has paid money for a consultation that I have yet to receive and not had any contact at all from a real human. Have asked for a refund and no response. Will never use this company again and am now wary of all others!

Presently trying to move to another provider but these guys won't bother to reply to any requests for transfer documentation.

Hopeless company. I had a consultation and they forwarded the incorrect form to my pharmacy so still can’t access my medication. Have written on their messaging board a million times (they don’t have a phone number) and got one answer. Which still didn’t fix the problem. Stay away from this company at all costs. I think they should be shut down by Fair Trading.

Has all the hallmarks of a scam, I'm out $60 if they are having high demand they cannot handle in a timely fashion they should not be taking on new client and inform people of this.

Have been asked to wait multiple times. Zero progression. After over a month and a half I decided it’s time to go elsewhere, asked for a refund and was completely ghosted. They shown absolutely no integrity and a complete lack of professionalism. Strongly recommend staying away from this organisation

I cant get any communication. Their policy of ordering 10 days from dispensing (not ordering) is crazy. The first order delayed by 6 days...the second order delayed by 5 days both being over a weekend...now i am 11 days without my script. No-one is listening...they just say "it is our policy".
