Straight forward, prompt delivery.
Salesman was straight forward, no double talk. Appliance was in stock and delivered promptly.
Didn't like that "price match" policy meant they would match the price but then remove free delivery and take away (and charge for those services). Not a true "price match"....as we found same appliance for less elsewhere but didn't feel comfortable with very young sales rep at other location (and his knowledge level).

I had to purchase a new washer/dryer…
I had to purchase a new washer/dryer for my daughter who lives in my condo. As I don’t live in Ottawa, I called the nearest store and spoke to a sales rep. We went through the whole buying process over the phone. He was very kind and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, he had to cut our conversation short because he had to rush back on the floor to help another customer. What I did like was that I could have the appliances delivered 2 days later. Delivery and installation went smoothly. They even hooked the machines up and got them ready for a load of laundry.

Went in to buy a new washer, described our old one, said we wanted to stay with same brand and style. Picked one out, in stock, paid for and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Delivered in 2 days, unpacked, in place and ready to go. All I had to do was adjust the levelling. Extremely painless!
