Took our money for no car
Took our money, allowed us to book. Then said there are no cars available other than one that was £1000 more expensive. Should honour the original price. Joke.
Offering a refund isn’t good enough, we have now wasted time getting a car elsewhere.

Wouldn't use any other company when travelling to Canada. Canadian Affair are amazing & every person we have ever spoken to has been so professional, knowledgeable & helpful.

Fantastic Touring Holiday
We’ve just returned from our Rockies & Alaska Cruise Extravaganza booked through Canadian Affair, and we had a fantastic holiday with our two American friends. The whole holiday went so smoothly from start to finish. We particularly liked Banff as a small town and Lake Louise was breathtaking! The views from the Rocky Mountaineer (free upgrade to Gold service courtesy of Canadian Affair) were awesome and the service was second to none, including the meals, drinks and baggage handling! The only downside to the train was a 12 hour day followed by an 11 hour day, which were a bit long, but nothing anyone can do about that because that’s how long the journey takes. It is made easier by the sumptuous seats with lots of legroom.
The Holland America cruise through the Alaska inside passage was a whole new experience to us as we’ve never cruised before, but this too was fantastic. I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour booked through Canadian Affair

Just spoke to the very helpful and charismatic Mark Carson who quickly and easily amended a booking for me -a real asset to the company.
Great, too, to so easily be able to get through to speak to a real person so easily - none of this having to endlessly repeat yourself to a soulless chatbot to possibly, or possibly not, be put through to a member of the team.
