Great customer service hasn't changed over the years
I used the Canada Pharmacy after 5 years. I have always had the best customer service. The price is affordable and help is always available.
When I run into cost issues, I went back to Canada Pharmacy, and my account was still active. The Rx that I sent wasn't signed. So, I had notification to update the Rx in a timely manner.
I appreciated the option of calling or using the chat messaging, and both worked very well.
Thank you for your services and prompt responses. This hasn't changed over the years, and I appreciate everything you do.

Customer service is always great with Canada Pharmacy. For the first time in many years, I had an issue with a multi pen injector. They are working to fix this issue.

I was told y'all were not affiliated with this Canadian Express. I thought it was you since you are the only Canadian Pharmacy I have dealt with. I was told I could not get the discount. Poor communication and lack of…
Poor communication and lack of follow-up. I have been waiting for my prescription for 2 months and just found out that they needed verification from my doctor's office, even though my doctor's office sent the original prescription. Which makes absolutely no sense to me. Also, the only reason I found out they needed this confirmation from my doctor was that I went online to check the status of my order. They had no problem taking my money quickly. It will probably be another 6 weeks to get my medication. just ridiculous.
