As a Mortgage Adviser it can be difficult navigating lender criteria, I had a case with tricky area for the property. I want to thank Trevor Hanson for helping to speak to underwriting and for all his guidance. I have one very happy client as we now have an offer on the property. It is great that each case is treated individually. Having a highly knowledgeable BDM who responds quickly is incredibly valuable. Good set up . Very disappointing exit
It was easy setting up my annuity and monthly payments were always on time.
When transferring out my money at the end of the contractual term, was very very very slow, three months is unacceptable , whist the money was put into an account with zero interest , I feel like I should contact the appropriate ombudsman concerning my loss of interest on my money (shame on you) Canada Life.

I went through Retirement Line to sort…
I went through Retirement Line to sort out my annuity. They advised Canada Life was offering best deals. So i went for Canada Life and everything went smoothly and my annuity was sorted out within 8 weeks, would definitely use again.

My policy was set up by my financial advisor, but the paperwork was clear and easy to understand and the policy was set up and payments commenced promptly.

Wrong payment in first bonds payment…
Wrong payment in first bonds payment the issue was it paying more than plan agreement and fund was dropping over the 5 years, returned money as requested for correct plan to be issued and payments to start still waiting no e mail or confirmation on plan

I didn't feel that my concerns were…
I didn't feel that my concerns were truly understood. The responder was more keen to explain away why we were in this situation and defend the actions taken by CL. Rather than see the issue from the customer perspective & answer accordingly. Left me unseen to deal again or take another product in the future
