DON'T use ANY rip-off sites like these

The eTA only costs $7, and it is easy to apply for online on the Canadian Government's website (Canada.ca). And they are fast, efficient and will notify you quickly if there is an issue or they require more info. This happened to me and within 5 days the issue was resolved. Why go through a 3rd party when you can deal with the Canadian Government directly yourself?!
On 'Canada eTA' website they state 'instantly receive your eTA document'. This is impossible. All they do is fill in the Government's form online, which you can do yourself, and you obviously have to wait for the Gov. to review it.
And finally, the 'customer service'. What legitimate company responds '...Immigration documents are a very serious matter and WE CANNOT BE PLAYING !!! (sic)' when you cancel your application within 5 minutes of submitting it (I realised it was a scam after I hit send, and I told them my company had submitted an application without telling me.)
Don't trust them with any of your personal details. These people are scammers. Oh, and the address on their website? The building, according to its owners, is a 'luxury building on Madison Avenue'. You are seriously based there?!
