From the first call with Linda at Can Solutions, the whole process has been really nice and easy. It took us a while to be able to get the whole package signed off and Linda was really patient with the whole process. Dealt with David and Josh to make amendments to a current phone contract. David made the initial process of changing over and sorting a new contract very easy. Josh was then extremely helpful, trying to solve all technical issues we had and finding a way that worked for us. Quick responses from both David and Josh, and always happy to help.

Can Solutions have come on leaps and bounds
Can Solutions have come on leaps and bounds with their customer service in the 2.5 years I have worked with them. Their support team are always quick and responsive, which makes a real difference when managing mobile services for a business.
Rori, our account manager, has been instrumental in ensuring everything runs smoothly and that we receive the seamless service we now have.
More recently, we moved from a Vodafone account managed by Can, to a wholesaler account with Can direct. The transition was completely seamless – no one in our company even realised it had happened, and there was absolutely zero service disruption.
I would highly recommend giving Can Solutions a try. You will not be disappointed.
