Purchased 2 ‘BRAND NEW’ Michelin cup 2 tyres.
This is a high performance tyre not just your average budget/midrange tyre.
It was being fitted on to a £45k car with 400+hp
When I say ‘brand new’ this is with a big pinch of salt.
The DOT date of them were ‘0822’ so were produced in week 8 of 2022.
Yes they may have never been fitted but I would not class a tyre that was produced over 2.5 years ago as brand new.
This should have been sold as ‘new old stock’ which they are.
Not mention on the listing of the dot date when being sold old nor any mention of ‘old stock’
Once I emailed them to say I was not happy a rather rude and patronising email conversion followed.
I did get a full refund minus my return cost but feel that the tyres should not have have been sold as brand new and should have been lists as old stock. I would not have bought them if this was the case and I would be £30 better off + the time running around finding a drop off point that would take the tyre back.
I bought another size from another company (who I bought at the same time as these with a dot date of 25/24) so make your own mind up if you would be happy with a Tyre produced over 2.5years ago.

Will not be using CAMSKILL again even if they are cheaper.

Took 48hours in total, only because I ordered right before the weekend. After an absolutely disgusting experience with another online supplier, camskill is the perfect example of how it should be done. Definitely using them again...

I ordered four Vredestein all seasons over the weekend. They were dispatched on the Monday and I received several emails to tell me of progress and then tracking info for the delivery. Tyres delivered Tuesday - all correct. Therefore, absolutely no reason not to give Camskill 5 stars as the purchase and delivery were exactly how they said it would be their website.

This was my first order with Camskill, I thought that Michael, Brian and the team, provide an excellent service, keeping me informed about my delivery, reassuring me regarding timescale etc, i will not hesitate to order again, and would highly recommend Camskill to anyone requiring tyres from a reliable supplier.

Decided to try Camskill for a change and it didn't disappoint. Bought Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres for a bargain price, brand new, arrived the next day full wrapped and labelled, and also managed to claim for cashback with their online Michelin promotion. Cashback was approved, but even without, there is no competing with their prices. Would definitely recommend.

Enquired about some tyres that other shops said they'd have stock of but was always let down. These guys replied within minutes, told the the stock amount, and had them delivered the following day with no hassle. Top service.

Wasted my time ordering something that they then tell me is out of stock. No offer of a discount or similar for the inconvenience - just cancel or order something else. Don’t waste your time trying to shop with them.

I don't know why I still waste my time comparing Camskill against other online tyre retailers in the UK. I've used Camskill for years, buying over a dozen summer, winter, all-season and even trackday tyres, and have never found anyone cheaper... plus their service has always been top-drawer.

This week, I needed a pair of low profile Continental 19s for my Mini. Not only did they arrive within 48 hours of ordering from Camskill, but at £259 delivered, they were £35 cheaper than the equivalent price from another well-known supplier of similar black circular objects. That's a big difference.

Plus they were fully wrapped in shrinkwrap, so I didn't get my hands grubby handling them - another nice touch.

Great experience right from the start, I asked them to confirm company use to Deliver (APC)... fantastic took 2 days to my door...
I can't be anymore please with the Communications and the service supplied...

Excellent place to buy tyres, bought first tyre to match my current tyres after searches let me down. Camskill had what I needed at good price. Two months later I needed another one, rang the company and gave my previous order number to match size, speed etc.. the man emailed me a link to the correct tyre, paid, delivered, sorted. No problem. They are so efficient and polite, I have no hesitation in buying the next full set from them 👍excellent service ☑️
