Had a great experience with Olga she helped me sort a room very quickly with quick and helpful information

My experience with Roberta was excellent, she was able to find me a room on such short notice that allowed for a short term contract for only one semester, something I had not been able to find after contacting with more than 20 student residences and rental companies. Also, I love the place she offered me, it's in a great location and it's the cheapest price I've seen in the whole city.
She was super friendly and even bothered to speak to me in perfect Spanish when she saw where I was from, just to make me feel more comfortable, an extra effort on her part.
Campusboard is a free unbelievably helpful resource for international or first-year students who don't know the city they'll be moving to.

I had an amazing experience Olga really helped me and she was making sure I got everything I needed every step of the way.

I really am happy with the help I got and would recommend Olga and the company 1000 times over.

I wish I had the option of rating Juan’s service out of 10 because even then I’d rate him 11. I cannot stress how helpful and accommodating he is. I’m going to be moving to the UK soon and so I needed to find a place for myself and a friend of mine. He completely understood the situation and helped us out. He did not once make us feel that we were being neglected or anything. He really went above and beyond to help us book our place. Amazing person amazing service!

I previously wrote a 1 star review as I had firstly received an awful experience by Juan. Where the communication was awful and I ended up losing a room because of this agent being very unreliable. I was devastated as I was so desperate in finding a room and the agent knew this I was so thrown off as I’ve seen good reviews so I was confused why my experience was so awful.

After writing the review I had a call pretty much the next day from roberta to apologise about the experience and she took over and helped me as much as she could and didn’t give up to make sure I had a room in time for September! The communication was great and responses where instant, my experience was somewhat mended thanks to Roberta!

Roman is really nice and patience in helping me to secure an accommodation. Despite the rare instance of having to go through a long booking process due to some miscommunication, he never gives up in helping me! Would recommend others of using this website.
