Easy and verry helpfull with our trip true UK

Stunning place to stay surrounded by the mountains . On a clear day its wonderful just to sit in the camp site to look around and look at the stars ... Regularly maintained kitchen and toilets. There are two kitchen..there was a smell in the kitchen where the washing machine.. but not that I could reduce the stars . I have seen them cleaning the toilets even at 10pm to make sure people get clean toilets to refresh before sleeping. Lot of fridges available and cooking top.. few fridges can be cleaned again there are good ones too.. not that I complain about it. Just as a note so can be cleaned. At their age( I think owners) husband and wife they take care of rhe place very well. On the week days when we went average numbers of people but looks like it's get busy on the weekends but still there are plenty of places to pitch in.. in 15 mins drive you have shops like co-op, Tesco. So make sure you get the items before going in so you don't have to travel back and forth and enjoy the camping. The pitches are neat and clean. You can rent the camp pit and logs. We haven't used it. But people said its cheaper. There are places around to go for a walk / trail. Don't miss to try the Snowdonia summit. Even the kids were claiming. Just have to be careful. Nothing be scared on few paths . Like llanberries path .( Park in llanberries lake railway station which is free or other parkings are bit expensive)...While getting down just walk slowly..or we tried miners path(( Park the car in Nant peris park and ride )Just be slow and careful in a few places but absolutely worth it.. for a km or two is just normal path you pass through the lakes. You can go up there and come back too. ... Shallow falls is not worth we felt. But again back to the camping absolutely worth it and happy even camping for the first tim. And others said they would come back too..and we would be definitely back . Thank you the owners/ care takes for taking care of the camp site and being kind and friendly. Didn't catch their names..

We. Site was easy to use all though froze a couple of times easy to search find a site and book our chosen stay.

It was so easy to book, clear and concise. Looking forward to our first visit to one of your sites.

Actually finding and booking the campsite was fine. But it got too complicated with signng up to Camsites.co.uk- the worst biit was that you send a code- to find it I have to leave tbe page I am completing- then cant get back! When I eventually got it done,there was no sign of my booking. Eventually I found how to add it,but why did I have to do it? You had all the info already. So it was time consuming snd stressful, and you need to simplify it!

I found a campsite that was suitable in the correct vicinity with ease

Quiet and peaceful which is just what we were looking for. The toilets and showers were very clean and looked fairly new. However they are a few seasonal pitches which did tend to make certain areas of the site look a bit run down.

Easy to locate campsites and booking was a doddle.

Easy to select and view sites, good selection as well. Description is fair to good, booking is very easy

Easy to use and efficient website

I spent an hour trying to book a 2 night stay in the New Forest. Your web site kept telling me that there was something wrong with my details. In the end, I booked trough another site.
You have now sent me a booking confirmation which means that I'm double booked.
Please delete it and refund the deposit.
