We moved house last week and only had one company to quote after the great service we received from Camp Hopson when we moved to our previous address over 14 years ago, when we couldn’t fault the team. The quote was a good price and the date required was available, so we signed the agreement and a key part of our house move was sorted. We collected as many boxes of different sizes and tape and packed up our home. On the moving day the vans arrived as arranged with a great team of guys. Nothing was too much trouble for them even though it was a very warm day and we kept them topped up with drinks and sugar fixes! The team spent time looking at what we needed to move and sorted out how best to pack the vans. When our old address was empty they asked about completion time and this was confirmed by phone. At our new address all our worldly possessions were unloaded and allocated to the rooms as labelled. We were particularly impressed by the effort to make sure our large sofas ended up in the right room, which meant taking off feet! When everything was unloaded they checked all was ok, and after the good humoured banter which had helped a stressful day pass without issue, we thanked all of the team. We would recommend the whole team from Sunny in the office, to David who came to quote a really pleasant and genuine man, a real asset to the team to the 4 men who moved us on the day. The professionalism and service from Camp Hopson far exceeded our expectations and if we move again we would only want them to move us. We have been telling everyone how great the removal process was and would like to once again thank the whole team. It was great to have a team of removers who obviously took a pride in their work and wanted to do a good job, they also seemed to enjoy what they were doing, we wouldn’t be as settled as we are in our new home without all their hard work. Thanks to each and everyone of them.

Through word of mouth we were continually told that Camps were one of the best removal companies in the area and we also knew that they were a premium service not a cheap man-in-a-van outfit. I can honestly say this was the most well spent money in the entire house buying process. If we did decide to pay a little bit extra we got back twice the service we were expecting. An extraordinary team of four packed, disassembled furniture (and reassembled at the other end) and loaded with courtesy, sensitivity and a lovely wit amongst them all that put all the stress of moving aside. This is about as good as it gets for removal companies and if you want to just relax and enjoy the big day this is the company for you. I can do nothing but 100% recommend this gold star service for getting you into your next home.

My Mom and I are so grateful for the service we received from the team at Camp Hopson Removals this week. The whole move was well orchestrated, competitively priced, and from start to finish we knew we were in good hands. 3 days later we are now settled in our new home with literally a couple of boxes left to unpack. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

John and the team were absolutely brilliant. Everything was moved super quickly and very carefully - no damage or breakages at all. They even managed to plumb in the washing machine at our new house, which wasn’t the most straight forward task. They were all cheerful and upbeat and really helped make the day less stressful. They even played with the dog! Absolutely excellent service and I’ve already recommended Camp Hopson to 2 friends who are moving. They do drink a lot of tea though - you’ll need to stock up on teabags and milk!!

My belongings were packed up very securely and protected extremely well on their journey to Denmark. Delivery was within five minutes of the time I was quoted.
It's an expensive service, but it was worth the money to be sure everything was looked after.
